Terrible and incompetent company with horrible customer service. Cancelled my allergy shot request multiple times because I did not pay the bill that THEY did not send me. Sent me bills for other patients. Mixed up my allergy orders and then sent me on a wild goose chase trying to figure out what happened.

Brutal and very slow service. Avoid like the plague! Wish I could have chosen Zero stars. Do not deal with this company

Same horrible experience as the last reviewer. Submitted an order form prepared by my doctor for an allergy serum on October 24 which was acknowledged by CS rep Janell Hughes". Received no updates after that at all.Emailed to follow up on December 5 and was informed by Janell Hughes (again) that the order was about to be cancelled as no payment was made — despite nobody ever contacting me to make payment. My current allergy serum expires this month so I'm SOL thanks to the incompetence of Stallergenes Greer and their so-called customer service team."
