What an absolute joke of a dealership. Even their own sales reps admit (behind closed doors) to not trusting the mechanics employed here and taking their personal vehicles elsewhere to get worked on, so why should you. After nearly a year of getting the runaround dealing with warranty claims, was finally able to find some rectification from another trustworthy and reputable dealership. I legitimately thought we were on a reality TV show whilst dealing with these people; the utter incompetence of this branch is almost unfathomable. Will be escalating this as far as possible. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Exceptional customer service, was so impressed with Chris and Tim. My Vehicle had a braking issue and they took care of everything. With Easthill Volkswagen’s new leadership and management, I’m so excited to see what the future holds for this place! Looking forward to my next visit…. We purchased a 2023 Atlas Highline from Ashley and we couldn't be happier! The customer service was amazing. She made the buying process easy, answered all of our questions and really took the time to understand what we were looking for in a vehicle. Purchased a used car from this location in August 2022. Transaction went smoothly - I had a trade. After the deal was signed we discovered that the purchased vehicle required tire replacement to pass the safety certification. I offered to split the cost of new tires 50/50 since I wanted all-weather tires. I figured such tires would cost approx. $1,000 so to be sure the dealership would not fit the cheapest tires I suggested if they paid $400 toward the tires I would absorb the difference. The manager agreed and agreed to only charge his cost and show me the invoice that he would pay the tire store. When I went to pick up the vehicle - 3 hours from my home - I was informed that the tires cost them $1,688!! So I had to pay $1,288 if I wanted to take the vehicle with me. One salesperson that I spoke with, Tyler, agreed with me that this was not reasonable and he would speak with his ‘bosses’. I still haven’t heard from them. They refused to show me the invoice from the tire store. I wrote to one of the dealer principals at Plaza and he did even acknowledge my correspondence.Very disappointed that Plaza Auto Group would stoop to this for a few hundred dollars.

Needed a tow. Needed the car fixed asap.The service said it would take the car and me to Easthill VW in Walkerton. Of course, no idea how that would roll. Lucky me. Freindly, fast, professional service. They would figure I won't be back through Walkerton anytime soon but they treated me as if I was a local. Big thanks Chris!

Took my car here and they caused more issues than it had before. They also lied to a customer on the phone in front of me - I should have noticed this was a red flag. Do not recommend taking your vehicle here, make the drive to Owen Sound or Kitchener to save yourself time and money.

Bought a used Subaru Outback here in Dec 2022 from Tyler, who was great to deal with. Other than that, the whole experience has been a nightmare. Was told prior to delivery that they found damage on the body and would have it repaired, which pushed delivery back. When I picked up the vehicle, it looked like the rear door had been hit all over with a hammer and the door sill was folded in. Within the first month of ownership, I had to replace both front stabilizer links, then both front cv axles since the booths were split open, then the passenger side front ball joint. Shortly after that, the transmission started making a banging noise while turning, now my local Subaru dealership says the transmission needs to be replaced and will cost $7600 +tax!I could deal with the smaller issues but now totalling over $10,000 worth of needed repairs, I reached out to the dealership and received no reply for about a week, when they finally called and said that “there’s nothing they can do” since I bought the car from the previous owner of the dealership.Absolute joke of a dealership that takes no responsibility and has left me with a lemon of a car that I can’t afford to fix

A fantastic dealership to deal with! Staff are very knowledgeable about the vehicles and are easy to deal with. They take the time to make sure you are happy with the car you choose. Will definitely go back!

Honestly I initially had written a positive review but the best I can give is 2 stars. They never fixed my clock spring. The AC vent is still broken and my steering wheel controls don't work. I thought that they would make it right but when I asked for them to cover the labor for the clock spring atleast they ghosted me... Still paid a pretty penny for what ended up being a bunch of body work.
