If I could post negative stars, I would ! I own 11 machines and it's the last time I come to this place.Miserable customer service !Took in an item to be repaired and the technician did not have any customer service skills what so ever! Who hire these guys ?If your going to have a retail outlet that deals with customers than you should have a staff that deals with customers in a professional manor. Put the guys that can't deal with customers in the back or get them customer service training.

Ive come to new line to repair tons of blown hydraulic lines on machinery over the years, all made while I looked around the store for a few minutes. Higher quality lines then OEM at better prices. Dealt with Matt on several occasions. Great customer service. Come here for all my hoses and accessories/ fittings.

Great staff at the front! I went in today and had my 9 year old kid with me. One of the staff came out with a box of toys for my boy to choose from! That was super nice and thoughtful. Thanks Newline for just being good humans!

So i bought cheap Chinese house clamps.As you know it my hose leaked. The sold me a kit with several different sizes. Fox up the cj7 super snail now it does not leak

Why offer nation wide shipping to Europe and America to turn around and cancel it? Cancel on order on a Friday afternoon to stop anything from being able to be ordered or shipped for two days. Puts a company in a real bind when you show to offer it online. False advertisement hurts companies just the same as tariffs.
