Restaurant just opened in St-Lazare a couple of weeks ago, so we decided to try it. They had sent a flyer with a promotion of 3 free Dragon Eye and 3 free Desert sushi with every order of 44 sushi or more. So we ordered a 44-sushi platter.Well, we got the platter, but never got the advertised promotion, nor the chop sticks that were specifically requested when we ordered online.I called to complain, and after waiting over 10min listening to pizza specials offered by Pizza Bravo (a neighbouring restaurant which I'm now thinking are who bought the franchise), a very nervous and inexperienced young girl answered. I spoke of the promotion, and she apologized, and I also mentioned the chop sticks, and again, she apologized and offered to deliver our missing items in the next 5min.Long story short, looks like they were very busy that night and never bothered with our missing promotional items. So the flyer was enough to hook us in to try them, but it won't be enough for next time. Too bad. Their sushi was good.RE: As you can attest by the owner's reply, I should have received the promotion by just mentioning it"

I order to have delivered by Uber.The food was excellent, the portion was very generous and everything I asked in my order was as requested.I will definitely be ordering more. I’m so glad to have such a great sushi place close to home and work.

Inconsistent quality. Picked up 4 specialty rolls yesterday that I have ordered before and only 1 was edible. They were dry, bland and had key ingredients missing. If you can’t make the rolls as advertised, you shouldn’t be selling them at that price.

Inexperienced poorly trained staff. poorly managed. mistakes regularly made with the food. food is poorly made due to lack of quality control. Out of rice and wasabi on occasion. Quality of food and customer service deteriorated within the last year. Owner tried to correct a mistake that was made on a previous order only to have the order that was corrected missing Wasabi. I went back to get Wasabi and was greeted by three teens talking to each other and ignoring me. Upon getting their attention they told me my order was missing Wasabi because it was on back order. Out of Wasabi!!! May as well close the place.

I figured I would try because i live 10 minutes away, I called at 2:25 for the sushi to be ready at 2:45 for pickup. I went in and waited for a bit but had a lovely conversation with the women who took my order on the phone, everyone was super nice and she even recommended new sushi for me to try for next time as well as gave me free dessert sushi which we enjoyed and never thought we would! we will definitely be back and won't be lazy like others and will pick up and enjoy the company while I wait for my delicious sushi!!

Quality is going down with every visit. Once plentiful poke bowls now have fewer quantity of food and missing ingredient. We've been supporting them since opening and will no longer be going unfortunately

Be prepared to wait upwards of 2 hours for your food. We placed our order at 5:15pm at which time we were told the wait would be between 45 and 50 minutes. Unfortunately the wait time was 135 minutes as we only received our order at 7:30pm. No discount was offered, just a shoulder shrug and it happens". Totally unacceptable. Please improve your estimation of delivery times so that consumers can make informed choices."

It’s not bad for sushi, but every time I try submitting an order on Uber, I always receive back that items are not available. Restaurant needs to remember to set things to unavailable in their tablet when out of stock. Always take a lot longer than expected. It’s one of the better sushi places in saint Lazare, but probably more worth it to drive to the West Island for reliable, organized, timely and much better tasting sushi.

I've ordered from them a few times now since opening and while I understand it takes a place to get into a groove, it doesn't take that long to read special instructions. I love this place, I really do but half the time they don't pay attention to the special instructions. I'm allergic to avocado, I always put no avocado on my order and half the time it's there and the other half it's not. It makes it hard to want to keep ordering from there when it's a flip of the coin if I will be able to eat sushi that night. Sorry, really I am but I don't think I'll be going back here for a while

So delicious!!! Thank you taking the time to properly prepare the food! My husband has an avocado allergy and most sushi places don't take it seriously! The lady preparing the polke bowls made sure that there was no avocado in his and changed gloves in between preparing the bowls. Thank you for an amazing service!! Food is always delicious and fresh!
