While waiting many weeks for admission into a Vancouver Coastal Health Care facility, Evergreen Nursing Services organized 12 hours a day, 7 days a week care for my wife. All three care aids provided excellent, consistent and complete care, relieving me of this full time and demanding responsibility. They also provided companionship throughout by talking with, reading to and playing music thus ensuring a comforting atmosphere. Once accepted into a Care Facility Evergreen aids continued to provide Companionship services while letting the Care Facility staff do their jobs. I feel very fortunate that I chose Evergreen to help me through this difficult time.

I highly recommend Evergreen. We needed in home support on short notice and they went above and beyond to help us, at a time when care aides were in short supply due to Omicron. In addition to finding a care aide for us, they helped us navigate the system and assess our options. Tara and Nikki are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated professionals. They made a challenging situation much much easier to handle.

Evergreen Nursing Services provided outstanding care for my father at the end of his fight with cancer. They went above and beyond what could be expected, including making countless phone calls chasing an unreliable family doctor and speaking to our insurance company on our behalf.Every member of the staff that I met or spoke to was wonderful. The RNs were capable and immediately inspired confidence, and the nursing director was helpful, patient, and supportive. I got the impression that every one of them cared deeply about my family and what we were going through.I would not hesitate to recommend Evergreen to anyone looking for nursing care.

My wife has been a client of Evergreen for almost 2 years. In that time we have found Evergreen to be as accommodating as possible with staffing. We realize that there is a fair amount of turnover and it is not always easy to provide the ‘perfect fit’, but they do try very hard to. Visits by the senior members is frequent and comprehensive. I would highly recommend Evergreen to anyone seeking help of this kind.

Evergreen has provided quality care for my father for the last 3 years. I have found their staff to be compassionate and very caring. They have been timely and professional in responding to my father’s changing care needs. He would not be able to remain in his own home and comfortably age in place without the support and care they provide. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Evergreen was highly recommended to us when we needed end of life nursing care for my father following his unexpected, advanced cancer diagnosis. It is difficult to adequately express in words the value of the services Evergreen provided to my family. Our panic and confusion and grief over the situation we suddenly found ourselves in was met with understanding, guidance, patience and compassion. We felt completely supported at a very challenging time that was changing very quickly. One day we could manage my father’s needs and the next day we could not. Evergreen was incredibly organized and able to respond immediately on very short notice. Every person we met from Evergreen was so professional, kind and considerate. You would think it would be difficult to have people you don’t know in your home at such a difficult time, but all my family felt towards these amazing people from Evergreen was complete gratitude and appreciation. They made it possible for my Dad to remain comfortable at home to the very end, which is what he wanted most of all. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Evergreen after our experience with them.

Thank you Evergreen Nursing Services for helping my husband, Joe, through the final stages of his battle with cancer. As Joe's condition quickly deteriorated, I called Evergreen to help set up our house as a hospice, complete with hospital bed and experienced round the clock palliative nurses. Your nurses juggled the difficult task of caring for Joe, while communicating with doctors, family and Vancouver Coastal Health. Most importantly, the Evergreen nurses guided me and our children so we could support and comfort Joe and each other at this difficult time. Unable to go to hospice care because of Covid-19, Evergreen Nursing Care was the best alternative.

I used Evergreen Nursing in September 2019 for a surgery I was having in Vancouver. The staff were professional, caring and efficient at all levels. Lisa was very helpful during the booking process and answered all my questions promptly with a high level of service. Clarissa accompanied me after my surgery and went above and beyond in my care. I can not say enough good things about Clarissa, she is professional, caring and an excellent communicator. I would highly recommend Evergreen Nursing based on my experience. I've been so impressed with Evergreen Nursing thus far. I recently arranged for care for my mother with Alzheimers, and have found everyone at Evergreen to be so genuine, professional, kind and helpful. From my interactions with the staff, and through the challenges with initiating care for my Mum, I've learned that this is a strong team who communicates well and is committed to providing excellent care from a genuine desire to serve. I feel that we are in very good hands!

Evergreen Nursing Services provided us with palliative care for my father in the last stages of his battle with cancer. It was his wish to remain at home, and because of their expert and compassionate care we were able to honour his wishes.Evergreen provided us with RNs who came to the house for round-the-clock care. Every single person we dealt with, from the nurses to the administrative staff, was patient, caring, professional, and reliable. They came in to our lives at an extremely dark time, and we don't know how we could have gotten through it without them.Not only did they work with us to provide excellent care, but they also helped us to deal with the ridiculous requests from our private insurance, trained us in care-giving, and supported us in our grief.Five stars is not a high enough rating.
