John and his team have completed several swimming pool projects for me as a general contractor. Everything from indoor to outdoor and both new construction custom homes as well as large scale renovations with big landscaping needs.Exceptional service start to finish. Johns design process is thoughtful and informative. His crews are managed efficiently and it shows through thier attention to every detail. His employees are extremely clean and respectful when working with other trades on site as well as clients who still occupy thier homes.I would highly recommend contacting John for the absolute best quality in pool construction and landscaping design build projects.

Swimming pool builders are very professional and easy to work with. Some changes I wanted to make as the project went on and they were very accommodating. Asides from the fact that the project was a bit delayed there were no other downside and once they stared they finished the work very quickly. Joe and Joanna are an excellent part of the team who went above and beyond to get everything in order.

Our pool was completed in October 2019. Unfortunately our experience with Swimming Pool Builders has been very challenging. We have had issues with the interlocking which they assured us would be re-done in the summer of 2020. It is now mid summer of 2021 and our interlocking has collapsed on one side of the pool. We are still awaiting a date from John to have this attended to. He has been unresponsive to our calls and texts. Most frustrating when we had a tear in our pool liner and his team never arrived to do the repair! Their after sales service has been very poor and we are most disappointed at their lack of interest in their warranty clients.

The decision to build and purchase a pool is a big one. Once we finalized our decision to move forward, we decided to do some research, getting multiple quotes, attempting to meet with different contractors, and getting referrals were some of the avenues we took. Many of the companies we contacted did not respond to our multiple request via phone, text or email. John was hands down the most responsive, professional and fair. John visited our property, had drawings done up and multiple quote reviews within a weeks time. Once the project began, John and his team were quick to execute. Permits, drawings, correspondence with the City, purchase of supplies, recommendations on stone, liner, plants were all handled very well. John was on site everyday, his team was professional, clean, respectful and timely. On numerous occasions we felt the Pool Builders staff went above and beyond and worked very hard even in the extreme heat. The project was complete on time and on budget. We would highly recommend Pool Builders Inc.

I installed my inground pool with swimming pool builders Inc. I had the worst experience of my life. They were friendly and nice to me until they got the deposit. Once they got the deposit, they knew I can’t go back. It took them 2.5 years to build my pool.John is the owner of this company and he’s the worst human being I ever had to deal with. I have text msgs and voice calls from him swearing at me. Stay away from this guy.Anyone that have used this company know what they are going through.

They started work on our pool in spring and finished in summer next year. We had to live with a mud pit of the backyard for over a year. It was a terrible after-sales experience, they took 90% up front and then were constantly disappearing during the construction. Repeat calls to John were not returned, I think he screens problem customers" on his phone. We heard all types of excuses

Slightly delayed from our Pool install of Aug 2018 - From Start to Finish, John and his team at Swimming Pool Builders transformed our backyard. From consultation, design, install, and general maintenance, John was patient and was able to answer any question we were able to throw at him. The guys showed up promptly at 7:30am and some days didn't leave till 7-8pm. Great overall project management led to the completion of the project ahead of plan and we have enjoyed it ever since. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! John and his team were amazing. We had our pool installed in 2021, and they turned our backyard into an oasis. His crew was friendly and polite. John was the only pool contractor who really understood what we wanted to accomplish in our backyard, and built us a custom shaped pool. We have referred Swimming Pool Builders on many occasions, and will continue to do so.

There are very few contractors that I can say it is an absolute pleasure to work with during projects and renovations. I admittedly am a high maintenance customer with very high expectations. Swimming Pool Builders were patient (with my numerous changes), professional and very fair with their cost. We feel like our backyard area (pool, patio, fire pit and separate jacuzzi) turned out better than we imagined. The first thing guests say as they enter our backyard is, Wow
