Truly special people, from initial contact through the care they provide. Very professional and caring. I was impressed that they were able to adjust to any need/request we had. Highly recommended if you need in-home care as they look after your parents the way a family member would do.

My elderly father had fractured his neck vertebrae and we needed a RN for collar care, and additional support with the transition from the hospital. We reached out to Comfort Keepers in Kelowna, and the nurse was extremely knowledgeable and empathic and genuine with her care. She truly listened to our needs and has been more than accommodating with scheduling us, even on short notice. Her 20 plus years as a nurse gave us the confidence that proper care would be given. She truly cares about her clients, and she has built a genuine bond of trust, that is truly appreciated in todays challenging health care system. She works hard for the clients needs, and has made this three plus month journey, that much easier with her years of knowledge and experience. She has been wonderful, and her hard working old school ethics, have been truly appreciated. Her professionalism and sincerity has been well received. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers Kelowna. Very fortunate to have found this level of care!

I highly recommend Nadina from Vernon. She helped us with our uncle. He is the type of person who really hates to ask his family for help. Yet he really needed it. He suffered a stroke on top of having other health and mental health issues. She became more of a friend to us personally as she was so real and thoughtful. Yet made our uncle feel empowered because he didn’t have to ask his family/ friends for help. We highly recommend Comfort keepers if you want genuine care.
