Our agent was Samantha Acton who has been really great and amazing. She had been always available, worked late hours including weekend when we negotiated the deal. She has been very reliable and really wanted to get the best deal for us. We will definitely ask her to help us next time we sell our house. She was able to understand exactly what we were looking For and she offered us the right house. She took time to explain everything, was patient and polite.It was a great experience. And we liked their office. We have seen other offices but this one is something very special and staff are very nice and friendly.

Meagan Anderson was the best agent I could have ever asked for, one you dream of! She was so efficient, knowledgeable, her attention to detail was incredible and she has a personality that anyone can get along with! When I was searching for a spot for my first ever business Meagan really took the time to find out what I needed, what I wanted and then got right to work. When it was time to put in an offer she moved fast, taught me what I needed to know along the way and it was the best outcome- I would never work with anyone other then Meagan and I will always recommend her to friends, family and coworkers!Thanks for making my dreams come true Meg !

Byron did not do due diligence when drafting up the APS for a property he listed. When identified, and mentioned of foundation leaks, he confirmed it was fixed. The two realtors involved in this transaction saw an easy sale, as the APS drafted was so convoluted. Blame is also to be shared with my own realtor from Keller William Innovation, who not only got me involved in this transaction, but urged that we waive any formal inspections. I am still dealing with this foundation issue to this day. Too bad videos cannot be attached on here showcasing today's water leak experience, as the snow melts.

We are so grateful to be in the house we set our heart on. Samantha Acton was a huge help in all aspects. First time home buyers here and we contemplated to take the big leap so many times.
