No Bones About It Doggie Daycare and Groomer

We have been coming to this gorgeous place for a year now and I’m telling you this is the place to take your dog. We have a 2.5 year old Chorkie (Puma) and a 2.5 year old Havapoo (Blue). Although both of them have had grooming appointments every month since we got them, Blue just wasn’t a fan. Invariably I’d receive horrible feedback from groomers, charged lots of additional “handling” fees and have even been told that Blue needed a “special” groomer. After a year of hurtful and really negative feedback I contacted No Bones About It and was encouraged by the owner ( who is amazing and lovely) to come in so they could give Blue a try. Not only did Jessi do an amazing job but she said she could absolutely work with my Blue. He looked so amazing and not choppy as usual. Not to mention he smelled just awesome too! Jessi saved us. I can’t even put into words how grateful we are to have Jessi. She is just such an amazing human. The whole team is so kind and welcoming. We will always bring our babies here. Thank you so much Jessi and Katie! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Jessi at No Bones About It is the best groomer we have been to! She is so patient with our Portuguese Water Dog, and always does a tremendous job with his groom. She loves what she does, and it shows. Pricing is great, the shop is adorable, and the staff are always friendly. I highly recommend!

Just sent our 15 week old cockapoo for her first groom here. Alex and everyone at the shop was very helpful and reasured any concerns we had. We wanted to make sure her first groom was a good experience and went well.They were very responsive over text message with any questions I had. Prices were amazing and very competitive.We will definitely be returning for any future grooming!

Our dog gets really excited when he is about to enter the day care! The staff is nice and reliable providing a good atmosphere and fun environment for our dog! Highly recommended!

Despite what Katie is saying, this is not a fake review! Notice all the positive reviews are from first time goers? The owner is extremely unprofessional and gauges you for money. We have spoken to a lot of our other dog friends and they also all switched in the last year because of the ridiculous increase in prices (the inflation is 7%, not 30%!) and unprofessional owner, Katie.Last time we went, she cancelled last minute on us (<30 mins to our appointment) and lied to my face that she asked to cancel over 2 hours ago. There is a time stamp on messages lady… then she says she will offer us a discount on our next grooming and somehow we ended up paying the exact same price as what we pay normally - she basically upped the original price by the ‘discount’. No apologies whatsoever for the initial mistake on scheduling either.The groomer she hires is really good - that is the upside. But no one I know wants to stick with such a terrible owner anymore - go to the vet across the street - they’ve got a groomer there with reasonable prices and very professional!

My standard poodle, Lucy, had her haircut recently. I thought they did a great job. Everyone was really nice. I would definitely recommend this business.

Excellent service and pricing. I had been using a competitor in the Beaches for years. I wasn't happy with the service or the grooming my dog was getting and felt I needed to switch things up. No Bone not only gave me an apt for my dog the very next day, they did an EXCELLENT job! Exactly what i had asked for. Not to mention, I found their grooming prices to be competitive for this area. Make an apt, you will not be disappointed.

Just took my golden to be groomed for the first time. The ladies who work here are the sweetest and so friendly. They sent me pictures while they were grooming Gracie and were so quick! I am really picky about how she is groomed and Alex did a fantastic job. I'd give 10 stars if I could!
