From the beginning of requesting a housing inspection, Charles was professional, personable and responsive to all the questions I had. Upon meeting Charles, he was incredibly detail oriented and thorough in his assessment of the house. I especially appreciated how he took the time to explain to me exactly what he is seeing, what it could possibly lead to, and what would need to be done to fix it. I was then provided with a thorough report highlighting significant areas of the home, with pictures attached. It was an invaluable experience from which I learned so much from! I can't imagine going without a proper home inspection, as this is such a huge investment. I will no doubt be going forward with Charles in the future, I highly recommend his services!

I’ve worked with other inspectors in the past but none like Charles. You can tell he’s passionate about providing quality service the moment he introduces himself.He’s very meticulous, informative, and polite. And on top of that, he’s patient. You can ask him a thousand questions and he’ll happily answer every single one of them.He’s also very organized. I liked that he would first inspect an area and then walk you through to point out any concerns, unlike other inspectors that would have you tag along for the entire inspection and overwhelm you with information just to rush things along.
