I get a great haircut every time, and at a very good price. The staff is talented and accommodating. The location is quiet and convenient. The British magazines and newspapers are a nice touch.

I haven't been there myself but my 83 year-old mother goes there about once a month. She Raves about the lady that cuts her hair and John the owner. By her experience I would not hesitate to recommend. Very good people. I put money on an account for my mother as a gift and promptly received a receipt by email. Happy New Year to all

John cut my hair and he did the best job in the world. It was the first time I did bangs in my life and I love them so much thanks to him! I highly recommend it :)

BOOK WITH JOHN!! Best stylist and colourist I’ve ever been to. Always gets it right the first time. John had being doing my mom’s hair for years and I finally decided I needed to book a trip from Vancouver to Victoria just to see him. He works quickly, engages in real conversation (no small talk), and is just a wonderful person.

I made an appointment for a haircut based on positive reviews. I have short, fine hair and do not use many products as I am usually outside getting windblown. I had a cut with Anna who then styled my hair. She kept spraying hairspray to a brush and pulling my hair up at the top, even though I said I would not be doing that on a daily basis. I looked okay when I left, although unlike any style I was ever likely to try to reproduce. Since Anna had not blown off the cut hair bits, or brushed my neck, I was covered in hair. The next day I washed all of the hairspray out and finally got to see the results of the cut. My hair was so short on top that, as a result, the sides stuck out even more than before the cut. Also, the hair on one side of my head was noticeably longer. As I was only in Victoria for a few days I did not have time to go back and try to get the cut fixed. I now have an appointment booked to get my hair re-cut which will result in a much shorter cut than I had planned. I am extremely disappointed and have wasted $50,

John and the stylists are wonderful, cheerful and can always accommodate me and my family! The rates are great, cool products and location is clean and easy to get to by car, bus or taxi. Have been a client for over 14 years from my UVic days getting student discounts until now!

Anna was absolutely spectacular! She is super friendly and extremely talented. I went in for just a trim and she asked if I would like it styled. This is the result! It's absolutely stunning!I stopped at the gas station on the way home and someone said that my hair was beautiful. Thanks Anna :)

John has been amazing! I have taken my 14 year old son here and John has been able to give my son a fashionable cut. My son for the first time is happy after his haircut.I definitely recommend this place

John has been cutting my hair since 1991. He is brilliant. He actually makes me look good. The price is very reasonable and his staff are welcoming and attentive.
