Great therapist

The building is under construction so visually it’s not the easiest on the eyes. I showed up on a bad day I believe because the front desk clerk who was in charge of billing had not showed up that day and they did not have any other staff to deal with billing. They had to send me an invoice. Not totally inconvenient but not overly professional either not having any staff trained for this kind of inconvenience.I was greeted by Shamus (the RMT) who felt very professional. He made sure to check with me on pressure and if I wanted him to focus on any particular areas even during the session which I really appreciated.The massage rooms are unfortunately located under a gym. Despite Shamus requesting what music I wanted to listen to, there was no music you’d be able to play to dumb down the sound of people dropping weights right above your head. The massage was good but the whole feel of the building and ambiance was not great.

I received a wonderful massage from Shamus and he was able to get rid of all my problem areas. Would highly reccomend him. Thank you Shamus
