On the coldest day of the year, the Vese technician was professional and thorough in diagnosing and repairing our furnace. We tried several other companies and spent hours on the phone with call centers that eventually told us they couldn't help us for 2 or 3 days. On other hand, Vese was available in less than an hour! Excellent experience. Quickly resolved. So grateful!

Believe me, you will not regret hiring Alex. He is a very nice guy and the thing I liked about him the most is that he was upfront about all his prices. Unlike other people I hired in the past. They tell you one price at the beginning and add additional prices later without telling you. Whereas Alex communicated clearly about what he is doing and how much it will cost. A wonderful company with trustworthy employees. The technician evaluated my Lennox furnace and informed me that the safety switch was faulty and needed to be replaced. His honesty saved me thousands of dollars, as another furnace repair company claimed allegedly my furnace was unrepairable and wanted to sell me a whole new furnace. And it means a lot to me that he was more concerned with helping me repair it than with making a sale.
