Been with Desjardins for years and the group at Tina’s office have always been exceptional. Best rates in the city by FAR and top notch service. Although personally I have not had any claims, when my fiancés motorcycle was stolen they were readily available, patient, and extremely helpful in making the process as painless as possible given the circumstances.When we moved to a new apartment, the new insurance was ready right away, they answered and addressed any questions and concerns with a cheerful attitude.Absolutely recommend this group to everyone!!

Had opportunity to do an online quote with Tina Medford Desjardins insurance. Right from the beginning they were great. I filled out the quote at 7pm on a Wednesday night. They called me on Thursday morning, I was able to stop in the office and talk to Patrica. She was fantastic helping me with my needs for which policy will best suit me. I highly recommend anyone needing insurance to stop by, calling, or even doing an online quote and they will get back to you very quickly.

I’ve been dealing with Tina and her team for roughly 5 years now, I purchased a new truck then and my current insurance company at the time (AllState) had a estimate that was way to much for what they offered even after being with them many previous years. I was suggested by a friend to go see Tina and I’m glad I did. Super great team to work with and very reasonably priced for the protection I wanted.Very caring and friendly, I’ve had two non-fault accidents and both times they helped me as much as possible. I suggest to everyone they at least call for a quote if not go with them. Highly recommend !
