The designing program was easy to use (the 10 of hearts..I believe it was.. with no background wasn’t an option for some odd reason), the communication about the cards was clear and precise, the cards were made fast and shipped to me quickly, and most importantly they turned out great!! I was nervous the pictures I used would turn out pixilated but not a single one did. I couldn’t be happier with the quality, especially for the price. Better yet, it’s Ontario made! Makes me happy to support local businesses. Highly recommend this company!

Being a designer myself, I was really impressed with how they delivered exactly what I wanted, despite the fact that sone of the images I used were old and of lower quality. Great job, will use again!

Brent and the playing card factory are amazing and wonderful! I got my Dad customized deck of cards as a 50th Birthday Gift and it looks awesome! There was a mix up with the delivery date however after reaching out to Brent they were able to ship them so that it could come in time for his birthday! My dad loved the gift so much, said it was the best gift ever. Priceless! The website was easy to use and I got to upload all my own pictures. Brent and the team are very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend!! Such a special, creative gift.

Exceptional service and a great product. I was contacted within hours of submitting the order to clarify what we wanted. When it came to shipping, their courier was experiencing delays and we needed the cards for an event, so they made the effort to find another courier that would guarantee delivery and had them shipped overnight. I had them in my hands by 8:30am the following morning!

The quality of this deck of cards in OUTSTANDING! When the decks I designed and ordered arrived, I must say my expectations were definitely exceeded! They even fixed one of the card designs I couldn't figure out! Brent was amazing to work with and super responsive. I'll be ordering more for sure! Thanks so much!!

My fiance and I ordered custom playing card boxes here for our guests for wedding favors. The quality of the boxes was superb -they were nice and glossy and the printing was perfect - and it took only a few weeks to get them (Canada to US shipping). We just bought the boxes and put our own cards in them. The boxes ship pre-glued so all we had to do is pop them up and stick cards in!I would highly recommend the Playing Card Factory to anyone who needs custom cards or boxes. The quality is amazing and if you have any questions their customer service is great!

I wanted something different for my wedding favours, something that reflected Daniel and I. So, I landed on playing cards. I searched the internet for months looking for a place that would customize my every desire and then I came across The Playing Card Factory. They exceeded my expectations. The cards are flawless. Customer service is excellent. I had the pleasure of dealing with Brent and he walked me through every step, he even personally made a trip out to the post office to see what was going on when there was a delay in shipment. Thank you so much for everything! The cards were a huge hit at our wedding! 10/10 would recommend!

First of all I want to mention the quality - it's amazing! The paper itself and the printing quality - it all made our custom deck to look quite professional!But then I need to mention something very special - a very human customer service. When I uploaded custom images for 52 cards - I messed up. I did make a mistake and uploaded one wrong image. Imagine the disappointment of my daughter who drew all those cards and was about to give them away as gifts to her friends - to hold ten decks with those amazingly printed cards in her hands, each having one wrong card. Not only Brent helped to resolve this issue in a record time by sending us ten copies of the correct card, but he also sent a very sweet personal card to our daughter together with... ten custom printed deck boxes with her drawing! Her smile reading Brent's note and seeing those custom boxes was priceless. So is Brent's service.

I've been fortunate to have The Playing Card Factory help me with two projects. I'm totally impressed with the helpfulness of the team at The Playing Card Factory. They were quick to respond. In both cases, I was under a tight timeline and they delivered flawlessly!The first deck of cards I created was for my son's football team. We had over 200 decks produced to share with all the players, coaches, trainers and more. The players and their families could not have been more impressed with the surprise end-of-season gift. All the varsity players were featured on a card along with the coaches. The deck of cards was the biggest hit!I most recently hosted a bridal shower for my niece. She and her fiance love to play cards, so it was a natural fit for a party favor to hand out to the guests. I used photos from childhood to present day of the bride and groom.
