Walked in to get cat food and saw a customer who reserved a kitty for her boys xmas gift. The owner sold the kitty to someone else although they reserved and left the kid crying with a broken heart. Instead of consoling words to diffuse the situation, the owner was defiant and basically told the parent and boy to get out. Wont come back here again.

When you walk in the store, be prepared to have the owner watch your every move like a vulture. He will pretend to look in another direction but will follow you wherever you go. Maybe next time I'll turn it into a game of hide and seek. Guaranteed fun every time.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! I've been a loyal customer for a long time. I made an appointment for my dog to get a haircut recently and they messed up the time to an earlier time (and nobody called to tell me I was late or ask what was going on even tho they had my phone number.) . I was planning on paying with a Tuango I got before the expiration date, but the workers didn't want to work anything out because they didn't want to have to leave later.... Sad to say I'm never going back...

Do not purchase from this store! I got scammed when I came to purchase my pet ferret from this store. I've been here many times to buy fish and fish food but never expected them to pull such an immoral sales tactic. They don't even feed their ferrets ferret food, they're fed kitten food to save money. Adopt your ferrets from local animal shelters. They're completely sterilized and vaccinated for a near 50 dollar adoption fee.I had came here to see if they had any ferrets available. Seeing one that interested me, I inquired on the sale price of the ferret. The employee tells me it's a hundred dollars. Most other stores sold their ferrets at 200-250 dollars, so I asked her to confirm again for me to make sure it was only ONE hundred dollars and not more. The employee confirms that it is only one hundred dollars and we then proceed to walk around the store picking up supplies for my ferret.Once I've done picking up all the food, toys, cage, etc. for my new ferret, which I had begun to bond with during this time (they had taken him out of his cage an allowed to carry him with me while we walked around the store picking supplies), we proceed towards the checkout counter. This is when she goes and tells me the ferret is actually 200 dollars. I confronted her on her deception only to have her deny it. I'm very keen against purchasing anything without a displayed price so I was adamant on making her confirm the price earlier. I became rather angry and upset over being deceived, and was intending on not going through with the purchase except I had already bonded with the little fuzzball that I had been carrying all that time in my arms. I decided that I liked him too much and it would have broken my heart to let someone else have him simply because I wasn't willing to pay an extra hundred dollars. I purchased my ferret but did not take any of the other items I had picked out and went to another store instead.I hope they don't end up doing this to any kid hoping to purchase a pet with their parents and I hope that this store goes out of business for such morally reprehensible and deceptive business practices.

Poor service, some fish are sick from the get go so if you don't have the eye, you will get screwed, high prices and staff is not that knowledgeable...they try to pass as they are but, nah.. sorry. Cannot talk about other animals, but for fish, better pay a bit more and go to Aquarius. At least what you buy will not die within days.Not recommended! AVOID!

Really nice clerks and always there to help. They have specials sales for recurring customers. Fidelity is great. Just be sure not to loose your bills.

Excellent service very accommodating if the delivery person accidentally forgets something in your order. Also the staff including the delivery people are very nice and respectful

Please please please do not buy domestic short or longhairs for what they are selling their cats here. A tabby is a coat pattern and not a breed, and tabbies are absolutely not worth 800 CAN. Please adopt instead.The aquarium plants looked fine and the fish were okay. Wasn't a fan of some of the setups with the bettas, and the price for some of the bettas was pretty high considering their conditions. The birds also had a pretty dirty cage and their ferret was quite unresponsive and lethargic. I personally would not give this store my money.

They groom my baby and they treat here really good, and the customer service is excellent

Great store, the lady who was on shift helped us pick a harness for our cat, she was super helpful and friendly :) Some items are a bit pricey but other than that its a great shop!
