Shopping for a good quality treadmill and Thomas was very helpful in explaining the critical elements that a good treadmill should have. Being a marathon runner I will run 2.5 hrs on a treadmill in the winter to train so I need a good quality one. Very happy with the service and purchased the treadmill. Thanks

Bough a lat pull down addon for my FIT505 power rack. The ballstop broke withing the first 3 months and the cable snapped after 1 year. Kept the weight limit way within the recommended range.Called the Calgary Location, they sent me a link to fill outa warranty form. Did that, waited 6-7 months and nothing. Filled out the form again and waited another 3 months. Nothing! i had to rejoin a gym, my wife printed the forms and went down to the branch and spoke with the owner. They saw the work order in the system and said they would reach out and help or at least keep us updated. 4 months has gone by and nothing!!!Rack is great, bench we bough is solid, weights and Olympic bar are very well built. I would never purchase anything with moving parts from them ever again as this location will do nothing to help, it could be different for other locations. You can't break a 45 pound weight so you pretty safe with most of their products.

I had an excellent experience organizing and ordering equipment for my new home gym. All the equipment I ordered was really good quality with an unbelievably fair price. Any items that weren't in stock, they were kind enough to give me the higher quality versions of.The staff was extremely patient and helpful to me. Kurtis (the staff I dealt with most), gave me frequent updates and guidance on my equipment choices. Well, I have to say that I was VERY nervous going into this store being a amateur when it comes to fitness but Thomas was not only confident in what he was talking about but also sympathized with my lack of knowledge and slowed me to ask as many questions as possible. Thomas knew what he was talking about and pleasant when talking to him. I ended up buying a teed mill from here that fit my bill perfectly, and will continue to shop here. Way to go Thomas and The Fitness Factory!

I would highly recommend purchasing fitness equipment from here. The service was excellent. Thomas was super patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made great recommendations on what equipment would serve me best. I am thrilled about my new home gym. The quality of equipment is commercial gym grade and I was pleasantly surprised by the great prices. I don’t feel like I’m just ‘working out in a low grade basement’ but in a high quality gym. I will be back to keep adding to my gym as I go.
