Highland Nissan is wonder full the Sales Team is amazing, especially Collin! The Service department has gone above and beyond for me every time. I know I can trust these guys to give me the best deals and take care of me. Everyone is so nice and amazing. Plus, I love a Nissan Truck!

Was looking to buy the new Murano. Had called Mike, discussed a few options over the phone and went in later to finalize the options. Service was amazing. Everything was explained in detail. Also dealt with Allan from financing and Colin the techy-gadgety guru" (lol). All of you made it easier getting a new car as it can be very overwhelming sometimes. Best service ever. Although there were only 2 technicians on site , due to training courses, they still made time to install my new tires at the end of the day. This was much appreciated as my wife was travelling to the states the next day and the tires on the vehicle had to be replaced. Thanks to the service department for accommodating us.

Highland Nissan has gone above and beyond for what I would expect for a dealership. I contacted Collin Mid January about a Rogue they had in stock, we chatted over the phone and they were able to provide me an interest rate over the phone. A few days later I came in to see the Rogue and was completely sold on getting this vehicle. They fixed the front grill on the vehicle and ordered me a paint pen. I am in love with the vehicle and after 3 weeks my engine light came on. I gave Collin a call, and they set me up with an appointment. I showed up for my appointment on a day I was working from home and they let me use a vacant desk to work from while my car was in the shop. They had advised me there has also since been a recall and they have checked that out too. They have been very accommodating and generous offering me water, coffee and tea while I wait. Wish I could give them more stars.

They have just lost a customer of ten years, because their service department is no longer reliable. I left my car there to have a brake line replaced; it was returned to me with unsafe brakes resulting from a leak in the line that they failed to install correctly. It was towed back to them. After having it in the shop for another day, and assuring me that their master mechanic inspected the brake line and OK'd it, it was again returned to me with a leak and unsafe brakes. They obviously neglected to find the problem. It was towed a second time. After having my car for a third try, they finally made the effort to fix it. They endangered my life and the life of the public by failing to do the work properly, and I no longer trust them. I could quote recent instances where I believe they performed or recommended work that was unnecessary, but returning an unsafe vehicle to a customer tops them all. Beware!

Excellent people and easy to deal with, down to earth. Would make the trip from pei in a heartbeat to deal with Highland Nissan again. Over 1300km on my SUV since I bought it a week and a half ago and I love it. Keep up the good work.

My wife and I have been dealing with Highland Nissan since 2009 when we decided on a 370z Roadster for our retirement ‘bonus’. Since then we added a 2016 Rogue. In both cases we were treated extremely well: no pressure, no exaggerated claims, and always with respect and patience. We simply can’t say enough good things about the vehicles and the service we’ve received. The staff is so personable, pleasant and professional. Highland Nissan is a model for others to emulate.

I would leave 6 stars but 5 is as much as I can leave.So happy I found this place, I got a lot of work done here today.The wait for servicing in Halifax dealerships a month, would make me late for the servicing I need for my warranty.Ask for Rubi from Servicing, he will fix you right up.Bit of a drive from Halifax, but completely worthwhile.Absolutely no regrets. I will be a steady customer.Good service, good work > happy customer.
