Unimpressed with new management. The former lady who ran it ALWAYS guaranteed her product - your balloon had a leak, she replaced if you purchased from her.My balloon deflated by the time I got home. I went back and asked what I could do; acted like it was the biggest inconvenience but begrudgingly filled it again. It deflated immediately again. Normally they’d have offered a replacement. It’s not my fault a $16.99 balloon has a leak!Went to Party City and got a replacement.Been getting all our birthday balloons there for over a decade. They need consider the customer service aspect of running the business as I won’t be back.

Terrible experience. The store was dirty, unorganized and way over priced. Plus the woman who owned the store was extremely rude to me. I will not be going back.

Found some birthday cards for cheap. They had a decent selection of reasonable cards and some of the giant oversize cards which can be harder to find. Friendly. Not a big store. I'm happy with what I was able to find.
