This is my first experience at a Personal Training gym but it really is worth it. The gym itself is of the highest quality in terms of equipment & atmosphere. I never experienced a situation where it was too busy so you can be sure you'll have the chance to use any equipment throughout your training plan.I had the pleasure to work with 3 different trainers & each of them taught me plenty, pushed me further than I expected of myself, and were extremely supportive along the way. If you're looking for a PT-only gym, I highly recommend Beyond Fitness!

Beyond Fitness actually earns 10 out of 5 stars. I’ve worked out my whole adult life, but I’ve never been in better shape since I started training with Sarah-Jane. There is absolutely no ego in this gym they accept everyone at any fitness level. Making an investment in your self is actually priceless when you seeing results. All the trainers are professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and make sure to challenge you in ways you never thought possible. Highly recommend Beyond Fitness.

This gym means so much to me for many reasons. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed into a friendly, motivating, and clean environment by an amazing community.The trainers are all knowledgeable and always willing to help and support their clients, and Sarah-Jane is an incredible gym owner and trainer who goes out of her way to ensure that clients get the best possible experience at her gym!This gym is for anyone, beginner or expert, who wants efficient, challenging, and enjoyable workouts in a high-end facility. There is a large variety of equipment to give you the best session, from functional training to bodybuilding to rehabilitation. And on top of that, there is a wonderful community of people who support one another.You will walk out of every session with a sweaty smile (:Couldn't recommend enough!

I'll admit I was a little intimidated by the Beyond Fitness website.  The profiles showed trainers who are all extremely fit, and while I am very physically active, I find gyms intimidating by nature and wondered if I was fit enough to fit in.  However, within minutes of arriving at the gym and interacting with Sarah-Jane and her staff I knew I had no reason to worry.  Beyond Fitness is the most welcoming, inclusive, relaxed and well organized gym I've ever been to.  Clients and staff are friendly, and the space itself is beautiful -- clean, spacious and full of top of the line equipment.  The programming is also incredible -- physically challenging (but tailored to each client and where they are in their fitness journey), mentally stimulating, and a tonne of fun.  I always leave feeling better than when I came in.  I cannot recommend Beyond Fitness enough!

At the age of 74, years of regular (3/week, each up to 3000m) lap swimming has not been enough to prevent the usual age-related decline in muscle mass (called sarcopenia). I wanted to add resistance exercise to maintain strength and improve balance, since falls are an increasing risk as we get older. I have tried PISE, 5 different Recreation Centre Gyms, and introductory individual training at three of those. Checking out other facilities online, I came across Beyond Fitness and dropped by for a look.It has a convenient location, usually ample free parking, and clean well-maintained equipment and facilities. Sarah-Jane is a remarkable trainer and I have had good experiences with two of the other trainers, when she was unavailable. The floor plan is well laid out and the trainers can build an individualized program, synchronized with other users, so there is no waiting for a machine to be available. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly, with the clients appearing clearly motivated to improve their health and fitness.I look forward to the twice weekly workouts and marvel at how Sarah-Jane keeps it interesting with variety and encourages me to steadily work on improvements, while monitoring body mechanics to avoid injury. She has an InBody body composition analyzer and a recent re-test confirmed that in 3 months it has been possible to rebuild muscle mass and reduce fat content. Following a Whole Food, Plant-Based Diet has worked well in promoting resilient recovery after a workout. No supplements used except creatine.Thanks so much to the team at Beyond Fitness for providing such an excellent fitness training facility!

My experience with Sarah-Jane and her staff @Beyond has been an amazing time. Sarah-Jane taught me how to get the results I was seeking physically in a very safe and efficient way. I have spent more than half of my life training with top level athletes or martial artists, and this training changed my life in a very good way. She showed me how to get results and not injure myself. What better investment is there to make than into one's own vehicle ( body ) !!! Love you guys !!

Finding beyond fitness to work on getting in shape was a gift. Sarah Jane’s attitude for fitness welcomes all levels and goals. She is a great person and a real professional, which reflects in the quality of the facility and the quality of her trainers. I’ve always looked forward to my workouts at BF, which hasn’t been the case at other gyms.

I joined Beyond Fitness a couple of months ago, I have always been a gym person but never on this level! Sarah Jane is AMAZING!! She is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. She creates a new unique program to fit ones individual needs! I’m always greeted with a warm happy welcome from all the staff.The environment is sparkly clean with excellent equipment. Personal training is an amazing way to go to get the results you need/want to push you a little harder out of that comfort zone. Best part of my week hands down. Addicted! LOVE Beyond Fitness.

I've been training here since Jan 2021, and started bringing my partner with me for couple's training in Dec 2021. I love training here! It's a very relaxed training gym with a great assortment of equipment, and really friendly trainers. We love Sarah-Jane, and highly recommend Beyond Fitness!
