Cash only business, incredibly rude owner, no signs saying the business is cash only and the owner says it would be rude to have signs that say cash only". Owner refused to take payment by any method other than cash (despite there being no signs that say so) and then threatened to call the police when I asked if could bring cash the next day.Did a pretty good job fixing my shoes though."

Wouldn't even try to fix my belt . Or repair my 2 fanny packs the way I wanted . Price's are way too High cost more to Stitch two small areas than I paid for them I might as well buy brand new.

Terrible customer service. Her phone etiquette is very poor and by the looks of some of these other reviews, there is a reason why she has so many 1 star reviews. Called to ask for specific brands of leather products as I need various products. She claimed she has never heard of them and has been in business for 50 years (all in a condescending tone). Yet, they are brands used by many cobblers who do tutorials online showing how to repair items at home. Also claims you dont dye leather" interrupts you and speaks to you in a condescending tone. Yet

If i could put 0 stars i would... this woman has no respect for customers at all... I took my ysl heels to get a protected sole and a new heel rubber, these are 1000$ shoes, omg did she mess them up... plus when i came to pick them up she was giving me attitude saying she was closing at 3 and it was about 245... she told me she takes only cash i had to send my husband to grab cash, as she was rushing me out... she charged me 35$b for garbage work. ppl like this should NOT own anything customer service related. Never going back again!!!!!!!!! YOU GUYS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE.

Went for repairing a leather bag.She needs to learn costumer service. I say please, thanks, sure. She says ... how am i supposed to fix this! ... well it's your job. You tell me how you'll fix it and how much then i pay you. That's how it works.I do not recommend going there at all. I never give bad reviews like this but I've never been treated so badly for ... nothing wth....
