Canada Post

The post office denied shipping a cell phone within Canada, when on Canada post website it states it will along as its withing Canada. Terrible service poor attitude customer service. Don't shop here. I'll be contacting the manager and Canada post tomorrow. 33 Water St N, Cambridge, ON N1R 3B0location much better ,friendly , knowledgeable staff

Canada post... You would deserve zero stars because of some employees. How can an employee of yours try to fit a big package in a small box? I spent 5 minutes trying to get out the package without ruining what was inside. What do you think: was I successful?

There was an old bitter woman, Isabel I think, THE worst individual ever with horrible people skills. Glad she’s gone or out out to pasture.

On December 8,2020,, I came in without mask, I have an exemption, and was asked for medical proof by Isabel, which is against the law,,, human rights code,,,I have hearing aids , can't hear very well,,, that I am exempt should have been enough to just serve me,,, but no rude treatment followed,,, and yes complaint is on its way!!! Please get to know your laws and rights and that is what I follow!!!

Everytime I get a package, I expect disappointment. What is the point of ordering something through Canada Post when you wait all day for it to come and it's not even coming to begin with. I don't know how many times my packages has been forgotten and I had to go pick it up the next day from the office.

I don’t even want to give the one star to you, but I had to if I wanted to leave something.I sent off less than 5 pieces of paper overseas to Ireland that cost me $70 for Express! I’m not a know-it-all, but I know for sure Crystal(the employee who dealt with me) could’ve had other cheaper options for me, but instead decided to rob a customer blind.I’ve been on Canada Post website after the situation and turns out that Crystal could’ve sent the post through the most REGULAR way ANY post would be sent, and she was starting me at $30 for regular postage whereas your website has given me HALF the charge of that she offered me.I will be returning over the weekend to discuss this with the manager.

Absolutely hate this so-called delivery service". Completely dissapointed close to every single time something is ordered. Never actually making deliveries on the date that is expected

Canada Post is generally not a functional organization. Chat line does not work. Online requests for services vague or non-functional. This location seems to have people too busy to be around to help.

Every single time my package goes straight here. They give me other peoples packages twice not paying attention. Luckily i notify them of there mistake and return the package to which they laugh it off. This place is a joke the same as the treat people, packages and there employment. A joke.

Terrible service. I order quite a bit online, and almost every time they leave the delivery slip, pick up the next day after one. I live less than one kilometer from the pick up location (shoppers). So they had it on a truck, and won't take it to the pick up location, around the block, until tomorrow? Someone please tell me how this makes sense? Yet someday, particularly Fridays, its always pick up the same day. How is this possible. How can one driver say pick up tomorrow and one say pick up today? No standards with this company. Yet amazon can one day my packages from Mississauga, one day, and take a picture of it at the door while at it.
