Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience at the Community Legal Service of Ottawa downtown on Monday (6/19/2023). I was at their office to ask for an appointment to see a supervisor/ director because the refund processing has not been done yet by the community legal services of Ottawa downtown after 3 years.The moment I entered the office, I said hello before I start talking to the woman at the reception desk, she said Wear a mask and Sit down" while she could say "How can I help you?" I was the only person over there and there was no line to wait.However
