Usually this is a very friendly place with good service. I was one of only two people at the start of the day and the wan checking me out was very rude because I could not hear and understand her question about the points on my card. French is not my first language but I am still trying to use 8t as much as possible. There is no need to shake your head and glare at me when I can't make out what you say behind a mask and plastic barrier. A little patience goes a long way for everyone.

I've owned two turtles, two cats, and a number of tropical fish over the years and this pet store is the best one in my neighborhood, and it STILL IS today!! I highly recommend this store for all your pet's needs. The staff is friendly and super helpful. They are ready to help you with whatever you need and if they don't have it, you can order it through their system! :)

you might want for your pet. This is the closest shop to us so the one we go to most often. Friendly, knowledge staff. They stock the food that we need too, so we definitely like Chico. Our dog likes Chico too .. she is always treated nicely when we visit.

I come here often to buy supplies for my cat. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. Kudos for having such excellent customer service!

Service is either a hit or miss, I visit this shop quite often as I have a lizard and a dog and need insects/food frequently. Sometimes they don't order enough insects and run out quickly, or forget to prepare the order even when I call ahead of time. Other than that I'm happy with the service provided.

Thanks for the affordable and quality cat cage. I was very surprised to not find one at a large store near by and am happy to have discovered Chico. Will be returning for other cat needs soon they have an amazing selection of pretty much everything you can think of

This store somehow still has my account after 10 years of not being there because I moved away. They carry Champion Pet Foods (Acana and Orijen) and Boreal, and all the prices are fair. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff.
