The doctors here are not only incredibly intelligent and up to date, but I've also never experienced a better bedside manner. They actually care and talk to you like a normal human being. And it's ALL of them. I don't know how they've managed to find so many doctors that are all so great, but they did. The receptionist is also fantastic. Whoever runs this place should write a book on hiring practises. It feels like every doctor here has personally experienced chronic pain and cares for you like you were their own family. Truly a fantastic clinic.Dr Curtis, specifically is incredibly amazing.

Awesome place for chronic pain issues. They listen and very helpful

Been waiting for a referral since 2019. They call me at the start of June, 2022. Phone consultation, say they'll call back within 48 hours. 2 weeks pass. I call them and they say that my assigned doctor went on vacation. I do not yet even know the name of my doctor. This is for nerve blocking/numbing in the trapezius for pain that tanks my quality of life. Guess I wait the whole Summer as I continue to worsten.

Dr McDonald has been a tremendous help sorting out the mystery that is my body". She's been able to put my diagnosis into perspective and diagnose me further. The empowerment that this has given me has encouraged me and really changed my outlook on my future. I am very excited to be part of the MSBR program Dr McDonald runs online. The doctors at the clinic C's as well as all the staff at the clinic take time to listen to the patient's.Taking the time to listen and evaluate where and how the pain is presenting in my body at each appointment means that my treatment modifies are then chosen to facilitate the maximum pain management I recieved at each treatment. My quality of life has increased. The Doctors are always available to answer my questions and to educate me helping with my understanding of the complexities of my pain has been invaluable. I was so excited to get in here. Only 2 visits in but I'm so happy. Everyone is friendly and really want to help. They genuinely want to help relieve pain.Update! I have been going here for over a year. The nerve block injections have helped me a lot. I'm able to do more than I could before and I'm not stuck in bed every day. The key is to remember that there is no cure for chronic pain. But they can help you find the best way to manage it. I'm very happy with Dr. Rahal and all the staff I see each week. Dr Achtar is amazing, compassionate, and truly cares about you, Never rushes you. Listens and is so knowledgeable. All staff is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, every visit. All this is so helpful when dealing with chronic pain everyday.

In some ways, they have saved my life. I'm serious. I don't know what I would do without them. The staff makes me feel like family they're so kind and I get great care.
