Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The staff helped me with my questions and are understanding when kids like to play around the store. Lineups are not too bad when it's time to check out.

Nothing really stood out for me at this location. Everything seemed labelled appropriate, lots of stock available and the store seemed clean and kept. The cashier was friendly and he was more than happy to explain what my rewards card was all about as it was my first time using it.

I had the most wonderful experience from the person who worked in the baby section- Cara.Honestly super helpful and knowledgeable about the products on the floor as she’s been doing this job for over 10+ years. Any questions we asked she answered with honesty and we really appreciated that.

Patrick, the store manager, was amazing. He helped both my sister and I when needed. Went above and beyond. He even called my mother-to-be sister to remind her to grab her Swag bag (out of stock for awhile).

I had spent the week calling multiple locations to verify that a specific item was in stock. An associate from another location confirmed with me twice over the week that Nepean had 4 in stock. Last weekend, I drove from Clarence-Creek to Nepean (well over an hour drive) to get this item. When I arrived in store, 2 associates were readily available to help - In fact, they asked ME if I wanted help with anything which was proactive! The item was unfortunately NOT in stock. You can imagine how upset I was. The manager Iris stayed with me from beginning to end, made phone calls and did absolutely everything she could to make sure I was leaving happy and certainly not empty handed. If it wasn't for Iris, this experience would've been completely different. We ended up agreeing on a fair price for the floor model & she had 2 associates get it all ready for me, bring it to the cash and ring me up. Iris was extremely diligent, professional, PATIENT and kind. What started off as a nightmare ended very well and I left with a big smile on my face. IRIS YOU ARE FANTASTIC!!!!!

I had the most amazing experience with this store yesterday. After being rear ended last week and spending DAYS and DAYS researching and driving store to store trying to find car seats that would fit forward facing in my very trick back seat…I thought I finally had the answer…only to find the seat kicked out terribly when I tried to install it at home. I brought the seats back, and the manager Patrick helped me with the return. He and the sales associate Cara (former CPST) were so kind and patient with me in my distressed state. We tried 3 different seats in my car, and Cara helped me test them to see if they could be install safely. I stayed in the store for over an hour trying to find something that would work. They never stopped smiling, they never stopped helping, they never stopped listening - which was soooo needed after all the frustration and upset I had experienced. I left with two new seats, that could be safely installed in my car - with no kick out. If I EVER need a car seat again (hopefully not) I know exactly where I will go and spend my $$. This team of associates went above and beyond! I may still bring them cookies when they least expect it.

As an expecting mother, I walked into babies r us with basic knowledge on certain items and brands. After about 15 minutes on our own, we were greeted by Cara in one of the aisles. Cara not only made us feel absolutely comfortable, but guided us through every section from Breast pumps to baby bottles. She has over 20 years of experience, and knows her stuff!!! I left feeling confident in my decisions on baby products to place on my registry! If you are going into this location, I hope you get the opportunity to meet this beautiful soul! Thanks again Cara!

We had a great customer service from this location.Monica who works at baby’s product section is very helpful and explained us all our questions, helped to find the exact products for us. She is very knowledgeable about all the products. Monica is truly an asset for the store!

I have unfortunately had the worst experience one could imagine with Babies r us. This is a long read; TLDR: Do Not use this store for your Registry.I chose to use them for my Baby registry as opposed to Amazon in order to support a smaller retailer. We ran into nothing but issues with this with 5+ separate order from my virtual shower attendees having their orders cancelled after being placed. This includes online and curbside orders. Some of the items that were cancelled" are still showing as purchased despite not shipping out. (I personally have one showing as processing still for over a month) I ended up having to create an Amazon registry anyways due to this issue.I made several attempts online to add my R club card to my account for completion discount and it simply would not add. When I asked in store they just shrugged it off and said could not help. Again went to Amazon for the last items as the completion discount worked there no problem.The final issue we had was when a family member went in to buy something on our behalf that was listed on sale online. When attending the store they were told it was regular price and had to be purchased online or curbside to get the sale price?? The staff member was very unhelpful once again. This really does not make any sense and their promotional material does not state this either. Of course after the issues we do not want to do anymore online or curbside orders through this company.I would not recommend anyone use Babies R Us for their shopping needs ever again."

My husband and I had the best customer service experience at the Merivale Babies R Us location! As first time parents we were overwhelmed but Cara made us feel comfortable and happy with our decision in picking out a stroller travel system! She spent a long time with us, asked all the right questions about our lifestyle and needs, helped us test out a few strollers, and then showed us how to properly attach the car seat. She stayed with us as we had other items to look and offered her expertise whenever we needed. She was absolutely wonderful and helpful and is definitely the reason we would shop at Babies R Us over any other baby-store! :)
