Mistakes Happen, fixing them promptly is of great importance.Thursday May 25th, 2023 we had your installers come and install a new AC Unit and Furnace.Some of the vents that attached to the furnace were left disconnected.I briefly spoke to our comfort advisor today about the filter slot not being cut out.Turns out they installed a slide cover to protect the filter and maintain airflow.May 30th, 2023, our Comfort Advisor reached out to us to discuss, the vents not being attached, he informed us that from time to time vent can be disconnected when adjusting dampeners.We were informed that they shall be re attached/fixed in the next 24-48hrs.We Also had our Electrical Upgraded from our old fuse style panel, very professional and did an awesome job!In summary I would recommend Furnasman!

I had a water leak coming from my furnace and had it checked out. The technician, Shaun Smart was very helpful in identifying the problem and quickly fixing it. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Would definitely use his services again.

My parents always ask for Eric.D to do any kind of service or maintenance on their HVAC equipment because he always does such a great, thorough job. Eric takes the time to listen and he has extensive knowledge in his field. He makes my parents feel comfortable and taken care of.

Shaun Smart was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He did an excellent job and jumped through several hoops with manufacturers to make sure our warranties were in place. Would definitely recommend.

We had a repair done today by Shaun S. and are very happy with the service he provided. He was able to figure out the problem very quickly and explain it to us. We found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. We would definitely recommend Shaun if you're having trouble with your furnace.

Had Shaun.s come back today to finish up the repair after we had a late night call with furnasman yesterday. he's was able to repair our furnace issue in a timely fashion while explaining fully what he was doing and what he did to correct the issue that had been there since the time of installation. We are very pleased with the services we received from furnasman and look forward to having them come back for preventive maintenance in the future! Thanks Nikki and Shaun.s
