The iconic bag wall is a must see and the staff are always so friendly and helpful every time I go in! I love watching their IG stories too, they have such great deals and post everything first there. The Chanel and Prada bags are from Mine & Yours and the other picture is the bag wall!

I had an amazing experience selling my vintage chanel bag at mine & yours. The entire process was seamless and easy. I was able to set an appointment with Megan and in the process of selling my bag she helped me find my dream bag (a vintage chanel mini square)! I have been looking to get this bag for years and it’s finally mine thanks to her help. Lots of eye candy in the store and the sales associates were so welcoming and friendly.

I’ve visited the location while traveling and was amazed! Sadly I don’t live in the city so being able to access the shop online was a great alternative! Normally there are concerns around shopping online especially for these types of products but the e-commerce team that is doing all the behind scenes made the process so smooth and seem less, overall being a massive help! I highly recommend the online store and you’ll see what i mean when i say they have a phenomenal E-commerce team!

My visit was on May 6th during my anniversary trip to Vancouver and this visit made me to go back to the store on the next day on 7th.Angela showed me how customer service can be beyond satisfactory.When I first stepped into the store, I did not really mean to buy anything for the day. It was going to be more like another casual window shopping experience as I do not have access to many of these quality luxury consignment boutiques back in my city.Not only she was extremely helpful to find the perfect piece I was looking for, she was really knowledgeable on every single items in the store. Most of items are in a really good shape, if not, the condition is clearly stated and priced fairly accordingly.Unlike some other shopping experiences where I get easily intimidated when I do not intend to buy anything, Angela made me feel super comfortable to browse and even try things on. I felt extremely welcomed, and valued and this pleasant experience made me to purchase.All staffs are extremely friendly, polite and very helpful!I am definitely visiting back and will shop online from home!!Thank you Angela <3

This store is the ultimate go to for all kinds of bags. The selection is unlimited!I particularly liked one of the staff named Ranaa. She went out of her way to offer great customer service. And she’s just a great vibe!

Had the pleasure of meeting and being assisted by Patricia when I arrived at the shop looking for a heels for a business party. I hadnt had enough time to buy and she gladly put in front on me some options that I chose.Unfortunately, the last pair wasn't my size so I asked if she could check another pair to suit the dress code for the occasion.Patricia took the time to find the perfect ones and I went to the party very comfortable and I looked gorgeous! She is professional, patient and willing to take time with an indecisive customer.Thank you very much Patricia!

This store has a fantastic selection of bags and is extremely well organized and stocked with high-quality items. The options were clearly laid out, and Ranaa in particular provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful; I also enjoy the videos on Tik Tok Instagram stories; great job, Ranaa!

I cannot say enough good things about this store and their employees! Plus their iconic bag wall - It’s a must see!One, this is an iconic store to get luxury consignment purses, shoes and clothes!I have to give a special shoutout to Rana, I was introduced to this store by a friend I had met Rana on a previous occasion and so when we re-connected at Mine and Yours, she was so helpful and showed me around. When you have employees that are willing to go above and beyond and make feel special, stores are set in a position for success! Looking forward to heading back soon!
