Thank you Gregory and Yuri! They did a fantastic job on my bungalow. These guys are straightforward and honest. Compared to the other window company's I got quotes from, these guys are reasonably priced. The quality of the windows are good and they use excellent skilled contractors to install the windows. I had some problems with the existing wood framing (bug ate away large sections of wood + water damage) and cracking and chipped concrete window sills. They replaced/fixed it all up with no hassle. 2 thumbs up! I will recommend to friends and family.

We had recently replaced all windows and are in the process of replacing backyard patio door at our house. We found Yury's company on HomeStars and after a few consultations with few companies decided to go with Omega Universal. His prices were competitive and we were happy with other customer reviews. Yury and his team made the whole process seamless from initial consultation to installation. After receiving initial quote and before agreeing to the purchase Yury took time out of a weekend on one of the Saturdays and recommended we visit the manufacturing facility. He gave us a tour of the place, explained different window types, efficiencies, etc and made us comfortable with our decision that we were getting a quality product. Once we decided to go with Omega he came back for final measurements and in few months his team (Dima and David) came for installation. The Team was very punctual, professional and got the whole job done in less than 2 business days. They were clean, respectful and very hard-working. During the installation Dima noticed that a couple of screens were damaged and he himself pointed them out to us and Yury, after which Yury took them back to the plant and in two days on Sunday morning dropped it back at our place even though he was aware that we were not in a rush for replacement. Truly great business with people that go above and beyond. Will definitely recommend Omega to neighbours and friends.

I hired Omega windows to do a full house window replacement. Our house is old (built in the 40's, reno'd in the 80's), and had lots of obstacles to work around. We have 3 bay windows, each different sizes, with 1 being extra large. They worked around all the obstacles flawlessly and delivered an amazing install.The work being done is part of a full exterior facelift of the house (windows, siding etc). Omega worked around some project specific constraints to ensure that the final product was top notch. Originally I was planning to leave the basement windows, however as part of the siding project demolition, it turned out they were badly damaged too (which was not visible originally). Omega was able to do a rush order and complete the install for the basement windows at the same time.Overall I'm very pleased and would be happy to recommend Omega to all my friends and family, and would hire them again for any future installs that I do.

Yuri and his crew are real professionals. When we called him, Yuri came to our property promptly and walked us through the different options, pricing and timing. On installation day, his crew arrived at 8 am and within a few hours had already completed most of the work. The new windows look great, and Yuri was also there to answer our questions and walk us through special features of the windows and the warranty. He was great to deal with; highly recommend this company.Edit: In 2022, Yuri and his crew replaced my double doors. Price was very competitive, good selection of materials and colours were on offer, and Yuri gave me an easy-to-understand quote. He kept me updated on status of the doors, and his installation crew were on time, very skilled at what they do, and my doors look just gorgeous. Whenever I call Yuri with follow up questions, he's quick to get back to me. He is clearly very knowledgeable about his products and trade.

We had a company come by this spring to clean our windows and screens. Some time after they left, we noticed they damaged a few of our screens. While we're still dealing with the cleaning company, we contacted Yuri @ Omega Universal to see if they could take a look. It was 7 years ago when they replaced our windows, and I wasn't sure they'd really care to come out and look at fixing screens. To my pleasant surprise, Yuri was quick to respond and showed up at our house the next day to assess the screens. He took the screens away and we had them back by the end of the day as good as new. Incredible service!!! Thank you, Yuri!!!
