Went for a cleaning for my daughter and I. Cleaning job was great and staff are great. Friendly and kind people. My deduction in the rating is due to administration. I have some insurance and Ive mentioned and made it clear I only want to book appointments within my insurance coverage. Which they would check before booking appoints with us. Today we went and found out that the appointment was booked 4 weeks too early. And they wouldnt budge on compromising on this. If the appointment was done at the proper time, would of cost me next to nothing as it would be covered by my insurance. So I had to pay out of pocket $150 for a cleaning that took less then 20 minutes for my daughter. This included an exam where a dentist came in the room for less then 3 minutes to say no more cavities ($41 for this. I didnt believe it til I read the bill). Anyhow, it is a great place, I have done cleanings and cavities here both with success, and I have been going here for years, But administration could be improved on. I am annoyed that I pay for insurance for my family and it wasnt used when it should of been.

I had my 1st Crown and the whole dental implant process here, plus scaling within a year. I am very happy with Dr. Joo & his team during the whole treatment.I highly recommend this office.

Was not pleased with the care here. Recommended fillings which, on second opinion, were not necessary as well as a crown which I am glad I didn’t get. Billed more than insurance would cover so I paid a significant amount out of pocket. Started seeing another dental place and have never paid anything out of pocket. Nice place and staff are nice but I would never go back here.

Good service. Very thorough and professional. I felt very comfortable throughout. The prices were a little higher than I was accustomed to especially seeing as how they didn’t give me a toothbrush and floss afterwards…

This office is so bright, clean and the front staff are so welcoming. You’re always greeted with a smile!! And shout out to Kayla for always taking care of my cleanings, she’s so gentle and always has me feeling fresh. If you’re looking for a new office, look no further because this is an amazing dental clinic top to bottom!!!

I've been a patient at Toronto Lakeshore Dental for almost two years now and I think it's about time I write an honest review of my most recent visit (which is applicable to my previous visits as well).I went in for my usual 6-month, 3-unit scaling and polish, where the dental hygienist provided me with outstanding care, offering advice on treating my inflamed gums and giving me an understanding of the true impact of infrequent flossing. They showed genuine concern as they educated me on oral hygiene techniques and recommended products. They did advise me to switch to a 4-month check-up to help with my inflamed gums, but also explained that with routine flossing and being accountable I truly could keep going on a 6-month basis.Furthermore, the dental receptionists were extremely personable and happy-go-lucky, creating a welcoming environment for me when I arrived as well as when I left.It's been a true pleasure interacting with dedicated staff who display a passion for their work. Overall, Toronto Lakeshore Dental has surpassed my expectations, providing top-notch care with professionalism and compassion.Top marks!

Came in for a cleaning and ended up needing to get more things done. I don’t mind because from the moment I called in to make an appointment I was treated with nothing but the best customer service. Everyone at this office is so kind and polite. They take their time explaining what’s going on and curating a treatment plan that’s perfect for you. Also, the office is super clean and sterile and you are rest assured you are receiving quality care.

I've been there twice. The first time was for a filling and the second was for an exam and cleaning. The time I went in for a filling was fine and the dentist was nice, but they refused to accept the x-rays from my previous dentist. This time, the experience was horrible.It was $390 for the exam and cleaning that was performed by a very quiet dental assistant, which resulted in me needing to ask what she was doing several times. A different dentist from the first time came in for 30 seconds an hour after I arrived. She asked if I was interested in Invisalign or orthodontic treatment (not mentioning why I might need such treatment as my teeth are relatively straight). She then left without talking to me.Honestly, if you look at the reviews, they don't seem to care if a patient disliked their experience there. They blame the patient or provide excuses. For that reason alone, I'd advice avoiding this clinic and go to a smaller dental clinic.

I had a great experience here! The staff were very kind and welcoming. They were very thorough when doing a check up on my teeth with high tech equipments. Communication was great as well! They let me know everything that they were doing through the whole process. Discussed and walked me through my plan and treatment and insurance. Also bonus, there's a TV on the ceiling where I can zone out

My dental experience was awesome. My hygienist took her time in my cleaning and was very meticulous. Very thorough. I would like to have her attend to me on my next cleaning in January. Thank you, Fazeena
