Our furnace refused to ignite this morning in -18 degrees. Initially we called another company to come out diagnose and fix the issue. They diagnosed the problem and quoted me an additional $340 for a part you can buy online for $35. This was on top of the $188 service call! I called Mike and he was able to order the part for me immediately and my furnace was back up and running within 2 hours. I was fortunate to find Mike who was willing to help someone out without taking advantage of our desperate situation. It's that integrity that has earned him a customer for life. Our AC unit had died, we got a quote from another local company both for repair and replace and we were not happy with what was provided to us so we visited the Lennox website to look for other options. We found Green Air Heating and Cooling listed. Called the number and spoke with Mike, he was near our location so he came out the same day to have a look and provide a quote. We went ahead and Mike was able to install the unit just 2 days later for us (as we can't live without AC once your used to having it).Fantastic service!!! so glad we called Mike. I had contacted Mike last year to replace 2 furnaces and install new air conditioner . Due to constraints I could not get the job done last year. This year Mike followed up again and informed me of the ongoing promotion from Lennox. We agreed on the costs and Mike came with his colleague and installed the furnaces and air conditioner to my satisfaction. I would recommend his services.

Mike has done several jobs for me (furnace, air conditioning, hotwater tank), so when my elderly mother's furnace needed to be replaced, he was my first call. My mother was very happy with the work, and how clean the whole process was. Very reliable and honest operation.

I generally do not provide testimonials—however, in this situation it is the very least I can do as Mike from Green Air Heating & Cooling was simply outstanding. We encountered an issue with our AC unit. We approached the vendor (a major vendor in the city) who sold us the original unit. We were told by the original vendor that it was best to replace the AC unit.We contacted Mike to get a second opinion. He responded in a very timely manner and was exceptionally knowledgeable and honest in his dealings.He came to our home the same day, reviewed the issues, and provided a comparable solution at a significantly reduced price from that proposed by the original vendor.The next day Mike contacted us and indicated that upon further reflection, there was another option that was available. This alternative option did not involve replacing the existing unit but involved addressing the problematic component and offering us protection in the future if there were any other issues with the existing AC unit. The cost of this alternative solution was a fraction of that proposed by the original vendor.The work was performed the following day. During the installation Mike added additional items in our best interest without exceeding the cost estimate he provided to us.The bottom line is that from our encounter, Mike is a rare find. He is competent, honest, and focused on the best interest of his customer rather than what is in his best financial interest.Based on my experience with Mike, I will continue to use Mike for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future. Further, I have no reservation in recommending Mike.

I was very impressed with the excellent, 5 star customer service that Mike and his staff provided for our furnace/AC, water softener, RO install and extra plumbing! This guy Mike is a pro. Within a week i had a quote and my units installed. I had a fair price for a furnace and air conditioner. Plus he cares call before he gets too busy.

Mike installed AC for my house and I am happy with his service. He ran into a couple of issues during installation but he managed them well. He is professional in what he does. I absolutely recommend him.
