Orthodontie Face & Profil

Dr Jamal is a wonderful orthodontist. She is very friendly and treats everyone like family. She's also very detail-oriented and isn't satisfied until things are perfect. While some other orthodontists have a one-size-fits-all approach where they try to sell the 'full package' to everyone, she is very honest and transparent and only suggests what is truly needed.My only complaint is that it's very hard to get appointments outside of school hours. The clinic is open past 4pm only twice per week, and only until 5:30pm.

Dr. Jamal is resourceful, patient and a skilled professional in the work she does. She patiently answers all our questions and explains in detail the procedures she will perform and the plan for the future. She always makes time to handle emergencies that arise and addresses other issues outside of regular appointment times. She is extremely pleasant and down to earth and this relieves us (as parents) as well as our kids from all the stress involved in going through the complex procedures that Dr. Jamal performs so professionally. We consider ourselves extremely lucky that our kids are her patients.

I cannot express how pleased I am.From the first day we stepped into the establishment the experience has always been A1. Dr.Jamal is a gem with a beautiful soul. She speaks the truth and does not push treatment if the time is not right. She is professional, perfectionist and simply a genuine person. Doctors are nice and they are doing a good job, but unfortunately its the reception that make me give a 2 star review. Their action toward me was so disrespectful and unacceptable, I asked for some documents on email and the two first time they did open my emails but no response, third time I talked to doctor Jamal directly and they said they would send the documents right after, still waiting after two months…

The service you get at this clinic is consistently on point. The technicians and orthodontists are caring and attentive to your needs, they know how to reassure your doubts and the team seems to have a great connection. I can confidently assume the employees have good work conditions, which is something I strongly value. It's always a pleasure to come and my progress is coming along nicely. The prices are a bit higher than other clinics, but it is entirely justified in my opinion.I do wish they offered direct payments or instalments for the monthly payments, and I wish we were able to receive the clincheck. But those are very minor complaints, which do not affect my rating of the clinic.I am very thankful to Dr. Jamal, Sophie and the entire team for their hard work. I recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality service and results and good energy.

I had my Invisalign journey with this clinic and it was the best decision I could’ve done! They are super professional and make sure you’re comfortable with everything by explaining the process and keeping up with you at each follow up appointment. So i was patient for 4 years and 2 years i was almost done but i ended up getting into an accident and broke my jaw during my invisiline treatment. When i went into my next appointment they handled the situation extremely well, no headaches very understandable and now i have clean straight smile

I recently completed a two-year braces treatment at Face & Profil. I am beyond thrilled with results and can't thank Dr. Jamal enough. At every appointment, she made sure that I felt at ease and guided me through the various steps. I cannot think of one negative thing to say! Even the staff are so friendly and helpful. You can tell Dr. Jamal is a true expert in her field and pays close attention to detail. I can now confidently smile more than ever :) Highly recommend !
