Purchased from them vinyl floors for basement. When we received them the color absolutely did not reflect the sample that we were shown. We were expecting some variation but not a totally different color. When we asked for an exchange they told us we had to pay a 30% restocking fee. The invoice we have says nothing about restocking fees or final sales. We are taking this file to customer protection bureau .Outrageous. stay away at all cost .
