Excellent and friendly staff.The place is always clean!I loved the way they care about every dog they get. My labrador was excited when we arrived and calmed when I picked him up which means he had a good time there.

Our husky seemed to have a great boarding experience here. Love that there’s live camera footage, definitely comforting to know you can see what’s going on.However, I’m unsatisfied with the grooming service here. Our husky came back smellier than when he got there, AND he was still wet! A properly dried coat is grooming 101…

Past client of Dogtopia due to our move out of the area. Great for last minute daycare, especially for those busy days! Front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. Also like the webcam and app feature so we can always watch our doggo anytime.Docked off points because we had one negative stay out of the dozens due to him coming back to us with a broken tooth ... Staff told us that he ran into the crate" but knowing our doggo

We are always greeted with a smile. Everyone always takes such great care of our dog. Riley has a blast every time he comes there. He sleeps all night! Best doggie daycare ever!

Fantastic staff willing to go the extra mile for caring for your loved pet. Great hours and accommodations help me relax while in traffic trying to do our daily pick-up knowing our dog is safe and sound. Overnight services are a plus when you have those weekend getaways with the family (just be smart and book in advance). Grooming services get major points for the care and attention they provide. Huge recommendation to this facility for boarding!

The staff at the Coquitlam kennel provided my dog, Freddy, with such heartfelt care and concern, that I feel compelled to share my gratitude with this review. Freddy is a 14 year old mix breed dog that has a few emerging health issues. The staff went out of their way to see that Freddy was comfortable and given the special attnetion he loves so much. They truly are dog people.

Excellent service and outstanding staff! Kyle did Sophie's nails better than any I've seen yet. She was so relaxed with him. My husband and I have decided that from now on we will look no further than Dogtopia for any of our dog grooming needs.

Friendly staff, organized, clean, and most of all I feel safe that our furbaby is in good hands. We also love the live feed so we can check on our furbaby whenever we want. Mocha loves it here and we would 1000% recommend dogtopia :)

Such a wonderful time Cloé had at Dogtopia today! We have been looking for a nice day care and boarding place for her ever since we moved to Burnaby, and so glad that we finally found this amazing one! Super friendly staff who genuinely love and care our furred little angels. And I didn't expect the lovely notes they're making for Cloé - thanks Teddy, Stella and Brady for being Cloés new best friends!

My dogs were very well treated while I was traveling, the staff is very attentive. I wanted to be able to leave them every day at day care again.
