Fun palace to visit if anyone visiting as tourist in canada

Loved this place. Best place for kids from 1 till 7 years with reasonable price. The entry fees was around $18 and you can stay inside as long as you want. Clean and well maintained zone and the staffs are super friendly.

My daughter loves it here and I appreciate that adults get in for free! I’ve been taking her here since she was a baby and this is where she tried her first laser tag!

Wanted to have fun with my toddler, he did enjoy the place but I could not get past how dirty the little kids area was. Would pay more to have cleanliness and toys that are not just stuck together with duct tape.

We had my youngest kids birthday here recently and everyone had a great time. Everything went smoothly and all the staff were great.

Its just ok - I brought my kids to play and was going to buy them lunch but was told I wasn't allowed to bring my Starbucks drink inside and was made to leave it at the front. I could understand if I had packed a whole cooler, but I'm paying to sit and watch my kids play. I'll be sure to DEFINITELY not spend a dime at the snack bar.

This is one of the coolest places to take your kid! A true gem in the community. They have super friendly staff, a toddler room with tons of cool stuff, a great cafeteria and snack bar, arcade, laser tag, and the coolest tunnel system play place ever! It's great for kids 1-10, you can easily play here for 4-5 hours with all the activities. Best if all it's only $9 for admission.My daughter loves this place, and it is quickly becoming her favorite outing of all the kids places in London! This place needs more advertising and social media awareness becuase it is truely awsome!

Went there for a birthday party, staff was amazing. The kids had a lot of fun.

First, admission is easy and fast! Fee is average.Second, toddler area have lots of toys and fun games. Has slides and ball pit. Your little one will truly enjoy. Large play area for toddlers.On the other hand, the area needs a deep clean. It smells awful on our visit. The slides are fine but the plugs are not covered very well. There were lose cables which is a hazard for younger kids. I agree with the other reviewer the place has too much duct tape. The place could be updated and cleaned. The ball pit has so much dirt in between foams.Third, customer service is great! Helpful and cheerful staff.Fourth, the food is overprice. If you plan to come here make sure you come full. Food and drinks are not allowed inside for the safety of everyone.Overall, our experience wasn’t that bad but could be better. Are we coming back? Maybe.

They definitely don't clean the facilities properly here. Everything looks dirty, and the people that work here are teens, obviously they dont take cleaning seriously. My son kneeled onto the floor to get something, and when he got up his pants were brown. It's really nasty that socks aren't mandatory. The food is not good, the slushies were ok though. We all got Norovirus (the stomach flu) from here as well last week. Fun times.
