We ordered 2 orders of 2 pc chix platter and specifically said to print two receipts for each order. The tall guy didn't quite understand and still print the whole order in one paper. Making us wait forever and arguing what seems to be simple to do, print one at a time. He even said sure" and let me pay one at a time knowing that i wil get two receipts. But no

Went through the drive thru and ordered 3 platters. Got to window and was given food, however they forgot to give me the second bag. I called to tell them and they brought me the rest of my food! AWESOME service. Thank you for this great experience.

Went here one evening, closer to closing time. Closed the diner 30 minutes prior to closing. Really? Ok yes quarter to coming would make sense, but 30 minutes? Clean the bathrooms already, should be about time. Also there was a really short girl working the register, maybe in her 20's or 30's, she wasn't pleasant. Barely a three star review.

SLOWWWWWWWW. Both times I’ve gone through the drive through in the evening I was told to pull into the parking lot to wait for my food….their 7 minute estimated time was around 20 mins.They also were a little skimpy with the onion rings, IMO.Next time I’ll risk the chicken at 7/11 and save myself the wait.

This chicken restaurant is Louisiana style chicken with a variety of sides. I tried both spicy and mild chicken. I like hot foods but the spicy was not that spicy to me. Still enjoyed it by adding some hot sauce they provided. Had coleslaw and onion rings for sides. Coleslaw is better than KFC. Onion rings are ok but don’t expect A&W quality. Restaurant was clean and new (modern). Service was very fast and accurate. I recommend. Chicken was on par or better than KFC.

We love Popeyes chicken, it's always so crispy yet juicy on the inside! I ordered a 12pc meal and ordered spicy by mistake since that is the default on the website. When I explained that I can't eat spicy due to food intolerances and it never gave me an option for mild they were very nice and made me 2 non-spicy pieces at no charge.

We decided to try out Popeyes for the first time (ever) on April 23, 2023. We arrived at 11:30 am on a Sunday, before the lunch rush. We were 2nd in line ( a group of 2 was in front of us), and we proceeded to wait almost 50 min for our order. When it arrived, there were issues, and the restaurant staff failed to resolve them.I reached out to the online support about the poor experience before posting a review, and they contacted the location to reach out to me to resolve or discuss the issues, but no one ever contacted me. I reached out to the online support again, and they reaffirmed that customer complaints are serious to them and again let me know that the location would be contacting me within 5 business days. They did not. Disappointed with the service, the food and the customer care at the warman location. Would never eat there or recommend the location to anyone, waste of money and garbage food quality.

Best chicken sandwich i’ve ever had. Their fries are also incredible. Hardly any wait time. Staff is very friendly. Been here a handful of times and absolutely no complaints.

Ordered a deluxe sandwich, onion rings and a pie. Got home opened the bag and there were 5 onion rings ( if you took the 3 smallest combined they were roughly the same size as 1 large). Very disappointed considering they cost 4 dollars. Basically a dollar a ring.

Simple meal sat ready for a while before bagged, waited 15-20 minutes for a simple 2 chicken sandwiches with rice/beans. Once received bagged lunch had to ask for my cup for the soft drink, fork for the beans and napkins. Then staff completely disappeared from kitchen and front counter for long periods of time into office. Poorly ran establishment for being not busy at all.
