I’m really happy with the help I received, my bike was very quickly repaired and works great! The first two times I went the guy was a little intimidating, but I honestly think he’s just a little hard to approach at first either that or he reads the reviews and is making an effort! He’s now definitely my go to for bike repairs, the prices were reasonable and my bike was up and running in a day! Since it’s my only way around I was SO glad to have it back so quick! You should definitely give it a chance!

My right crank arm snapped while riding so I was forced to stop at St Hubert and Bellechasse to lock it up. I came back later and began walking home with my broken bike when I noticed this shop.I thought: How convenient! Though usually, I use another bike shop on Bernard....I stepped into this store, wanting a quick solution.Luc, the representative or owner as another reviewer has mentioned, glanced at my bike and said he would have to keep it overnight to have a look at it tomorrow and give me an estimate. Now, I should have clicked right then and there that this was unusual. MY CRANK ARM WAS BROKEN. The problem was obvious. This was naive of me and a mistake.He said that he would call me tomorrow and I could do the work with them or choose not to. Perfect.I receive a call quoting me for replacement of MY REAR WHEEL because a spoke was broken. I almost LOLED on the phone. When I told him I only wanted my REAL problem addressed, he quoted me 130$ to replace the crank set. I thought this sounded expensive so i told him i'd come get my bike and consider my options, to which he replied: ''That'll be 20$ for an estimate.''I asked him if he always hides estimate costs by asking people to leave their bikes overnight and told him I thought that wasn't right. He said: ''You're probably right. That'll be 20$.''In the end, I went to get my bike back and they didn't charge me 20$ for their estimate which initially included the replacement of my perfectly functional back wheel.I was shown the way out and upon leaving I was treated to a series of sarcastic remarks about ''Some people don't respect other people's work'' and that ''I should give my boss extra hours'' as if this would set karma straight or something.The next day I had my crank set immediately replaced with a new one for 51$ tax in. It was ready in 45 mins. One glance was sufficient to know what had to be done. That's service I am glad to pay for.Do not use this shop. They have a horrible reputation in the neighborhood and I now know why.

One of the worst shops i ever been to. The guy did what he wanted to do with my bike like getting a shitty rim instead of a good one like the one was damaged apparently. shitty spokes instead of black spokes. I dont even know if the rim was damaged. originally i went for wheel allignment and i am pretty sure it was not damaged. But i wont trust this guy again.

Fast and reliable service. Had 2 spokes replaced and back wheel aligned <24h after calling.

Probably the best in the neighborhood. And he is very nice and friendly.

This was one of the.. no-the worst, experience I have ever had with a bicycle repair shop.La pire expérience - Cette boutique fait des réparations horriblesI asked for my gear changers to be replaced on my mountain bike and my handlebars to be tightened.I was told it would cost $40.It cost $100 and when I got the bike back home realized that he used two different mismatched gear changers, looked like they were left overs perhaps, one was very cheap-white metal.Also getting home saw that all the wires were loose and the handlebar plugs were missing. He took them off, never put them back on. It took me an hour to repair the repair.Handle bars have become loose in the past week and there is huge amounts of grease leaking out from my handlebar joints- all over my jeans.You should not have this person fix your bike.He does not have a clue how to repair bikes.

Très bonne place pour l’entretien de vélos ou voir même l’achat d’un vélo. Propriétaire très amical et compétent. Je recommande fortement l’endroit!

The guy working refused to pump my tyres, said he doesn’t do that...
