Great experience every time at Palms Therapeutic! I usually pick Chelsea, she is good at deep tissue massage and has been able to help out a ton with my back. High recommend going here.

From the first time I left the clinic, I knew Carly was the one. She is incredibly skilled with her massages, and informative with questions. She really listens to your (and your body's) needs, and caters your massage to what you like.The clinic itself has such a cozy ambience and smells amazing. 5 stars!!!

The massage therapist, Victoria, was amazing. She was compatible with my needs and did an amazing job. The atmosphere was calming and I felt very comfortable. 10/10

My husband and I booked a couples massage with Carly and Christine for their Valentines Day special and it was an amazing experience. They had champagne and cupcakes for us to set us up for a romantic and relaxing experience. The massages were absolutely fantastic. Great pressure and super relaxing. It was a calm and peaceful environment and we left feeling so relaxed and amazing. Absolutely amazing Valentines day activity. We will definitely be returning!

Today was my first session there. my experience was awesome from the moment I got there until the moment I left. They’re waiting room is super cosy and there they provide refreshments. My masseuse Was Chelsea and she was fantastic. She was super friendly and super welcoming. I felt right at home. I’m very impressed. I even got a little take home gift with the type of massage I got. I’ve already made another appointment to go again. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a masseuse.

Brittany is a gem of of a human being and a master of her craft… massage. Brittany has being instrumental for the last 6 months for my recovery from a back injury. 100% recommend this clinic! I had a massage with Carly today and it may have been the best massage I’ve ever had! She seemed to know exactly where the problem points were without me having to tell her. Pressure was perfect the entire time, and she’s very gentle with the hot towels. Even the way she draped the sheets was great, she didn’t make me do any of the work! The clinic is beautifully decorated and the massage room was spacious and relaxing. I will be back next month, and probably every month after that!

It may not look like much on the outside but like the saying goes never judge a book by it's cover. When you walk inside it's a very relaxed, calming and inviting place. The staff are all very nice and friendly and accommodating. I've been to many different massage therapists thru out the city and since finding Stephanie Reist at Palms, probably over a year ago now, I haven't bothered to go to any other places. She is by far my favorite massage therapist I've had in the last 10+ years. She's not only friendly and easy to talk to and so understanding she knows how to make your body feel like jelly. I've actually fallen asleep from one of her massages it was so relaxing. She knows what areas to focus on and always uses the right amount of pressure. My boyfriend and I have joked many times that if we were rich we would just hire Stephanie as our full time massage therapist haha we can dream right :) I definitely would recommend checking this place out. You won't be disappointed when you leave!
