I've used this service before and was deeply happy but today when I called, I had to hang up! The receptionist should not be working there at all! She literally has no knowledge of automobiles.

So thrilled! Lost my key for my bike.The mfg. said they couldn't cut a key (even though I have the key tag with the key number) and wanted to charge me almost $500 for a new lock asembly.My friend recommended Pop-A-Lock. I called on a weekend and didn't end up calling the location that services my area. That employee still got in contact with them correct location for me to confirm what I needed could be done when open on the Monday. Called, and they were there within two hours of me calling and I'm ready to ride! THANK YOU!Professional, friendly service, will be recommending to all my biker friends.

Excellent customer service from Tyler! Punctual, friendly, honest and true. Highly recommended! My key broke half way in the ignition of my Subaru, not an easy task at all. More than happy with the service performed. Quick and clean. Call was late at night and a bit out of his way, not a complaint and all smiles.

Accidentally locked out of the house I called Pop-A-Lock from a google search. I was told it would be about an hour to an hour and a half until they could come which was fine. Tyler from Pop-A-Lock showed up after about 45 minutes and even apologized for the delay! A minute later I was inside the house and all was back to normal. Amazing! Thank you, your company info is now saved in my phone.

Really impressed with this company. I contacted their office to advise them of my lock issue. Their rep Kevin was very thorough in providing me quotes and various options over the phone. They sent hard working senior tech Matt to my home to fix my two outdoor gate locks. He was able to fix my locks quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. I often get asked if I know a good locksmith. I can now confidently say yes I do. Matt is an awesome locksmith.

I've used them twice for 2 different cars to get a second set of keys complete with Fob. Had a great experience in communication and response time, the techs were so great and friendly, everything was done super quickly and they came to my work and did it on my lunch hour both times. Even with a Mitsu which a few places I called couldn't handle (as it requires some sort of computer unlock), they had no issue. Highly recommended.
