My husband proposed to me at Colosseo in 2019 and one of the servers or bartenders brought us sambuca shots to celebrate. We thought this was a nice and fun gesture until we got home and looked at the bill and realized they charged us $9 for each shot. We didn’t notice because it was all scribbled on there but I checked because the bill seemed otherwise pretty high. My husband doesn’t even drink….however food was great, all in all a great memory and something we laugh about. I’m assuming our server thought we ordered them and added to the bill or the fact we accepted them and drank them meant we had to pay. We didn’t bother complaining but thought to pop it in the reviews.

Heard a lot of good stuff about this place, so decided to give it a try. Our server was super nice and very attentive . We got mussels, specialty breadsticks,pasta and chicken pasta . Everything was good , and chocolate cake for desert.

Great food! Loved the pasta and pizza. Our server was energetic and enthusiastic while explaining the menu and serving. The only thing that didn't work for me was the atmosphere...almost dungeon-like interiors lighted with only artificial lighting. Patio seating may be better. A little on the pricey side but still worth it.

Incredible service! Food came out fast and server was very attentive despite it being busy. Seating inside is very comfortable and some booths are private if you want a more intimate experience. Food is great and exactly what you would like expect from a family owned Italian restaurant. I had seafood pasta, calamari and bruschetta. The pasta was delicious and the seafood wasn’t’ overly fishy tasting. Their version of bruschetta is more of a cheese toast and very filling. The calamari was OK and lightly breaded and a little rubbery. Maybe it was cooked too quick. I would of also liked tzatziki to be included. Overall it was a great experience and I can see why they are so popular.

This restaurant has the most cozy atmosphere and delicious food. It is filled with Italian and Roman decorations, which adds to the charm of dinning there. The menu has so many options but for us the standout dishes were the onion and seafood soups, which were delicious. Also, the pastas were fantastic, especially the Linguini alla Pescatora and Linguini al Vongole. Both had amazing sauces and were rich in flavour. The service was excellent, with attentive and really nice staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious Italian food in a super cozy atmosphere.

The setting of places excellent, one can imagine that one is in Italy.The seasoning of the food is very nice, the quality of the ingredients is good.Unfortunately the service is terribly bad, the assignment of the table did not take long, but it took almost half an hour to take our order and almost an hour to serve us, then to ask for the bill was a similar story. It wasn't that there were many people, the service staff wasted a lot of time, joking with each other.It's not a bad place when you have a lot of time to waste.

Best pasta place in town! I love their creamy sauce and salad, tho it might be salty for some people, it tastes just enough flavorful for me. Their portions are HUGE so we took some back home. Will def return!
