Once Upon A Child
Hello, I came across this store once soon a time today and what a fantastic place to shop for children's cloths, Toys, shoes and alot of other items. It was a great experience as everything in the store is so organized and all the stuff is clean like new. I highly recommend this store if you have small children. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Way to overpriced for what they offer. You can find better quality and resonable prices at Value Village. Terrible customer serviceInitially they told me that an item coud be returned in 7 days. I came the next day with the item because it didn t fit and a different cashier refused to accept the item even it was new with the label and price on it. STAY AWAY from this store.

The pickiest location with the most poor mannered manager who runs the place. They don’t accept some new tagged clothing, certain brands nor hats and mittens that were still new. The used goods they sell are very overpriced, some low branded outfits were priced at $15-25. The manager always speaks to coloured people willing to sell their goods as if they don’t speak English but polietly to Caucasians. Definitely racist and has anger issues as she’s always yelling. Surely not fit to manage a children’s store…Aside from the negatives, rest of staff are friendly but I’d rather shop/ sell at a different location where I’ll be treated with more respect & have reasonably priced hand me downs available or I’d rather purchase brand new.

Terrible store here. I used to have good experience at Baywiew store, I had to come here because Baywiew store is closed for years. Sold more than a dozen like new items including girl holiday dress and boy snow pants, they only paid average $1 ~ 2 back. Not only so cheap here, I brought a pack of unopened new safety grip latches, they returned to me in loose pieces, so rude and nasty, will never come back!!

Hands down a great store. Tammy and her team are wonderful and so accommodating. Are son is 5 months old and we have been bringing items in since day one and doing trades. I would 100 percent recommend this store of all your toy , accessories and clothing needs. Thanks again.

Awesome experience. Everything I go there I am treated so well and I find what I need. They have such a large variety of toys and clothing and shoes and everything one is looking for children. The prices are all reasonable.Great place to go for shopping for kids.

I came to the Leaside location on the recommendation of a mom in my neighbourhood I received the worst service and the staff was very dismissive. I never opted out of the text messages so I needed to sell my stroller so I went into the store and saw a huge change! Cleaner and organized and very great prices!!!! The manager Tammy helped me so much and has restored my faith! I will definitely be going back to shop and sell. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Staff is super rude, (One specific older lady, and pretty sure she was the manager) I didn't fold my stuff and it was my first time selling, she was like well that's like us doing laundry, we don't have time for that. Then she's like no no were not taking this size and this size and essentially refused my stuff because it wasn't folded. However, to look at it, you need to open it anyways. Ended up going to Scarborough location and way better service and they didn't refuse it unfolded.

I've been to different OUAC and specifically to this place 4-5 times in the past. What's certain is that the place is clean, well organized and spacious. On the downside, they are indeed more expensive but the attitude from the get go of one specific worker (maybe the manager, not sure) is unpleasant. I understand they might have to deal with all sort of clients that might give them a hard time, but that doesn't excuse the attitude. I still believe it's a place worth to visit, just prepare yourself to not get the best customer service. (The other staff was great btw).

My niece and I went in over the weekend to get some baby supplies and Tammy and her team were excellent! We got great deals on the items we needed and highly recommend the store! Thanks Tammy & Team! We’ll be back!
