There was a problem with my payment for my daughters grad sweater and this company went above and beyond to ensure my daughter still got it. Amazing customer service!!!!!

Graduation and starting a new chapter in one's life is a big deal. This company has opted to not reprint a hoodie after the order made was not received. And where they were happy to take the money for this personalized graduation hoodie they don't seem to care much for the memories they have taken away by not fulfilling the order. It's a shame. I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

Good service but seems really pricey. However you can get your uniform stuff from elsewhere and just buy patches.

This store is never open, and it's a quite a drive from Ancaster. The uniforms are cheaply made and customer service is lacking. I wish the public school that my kid goes to didn't require uniforms. Total hassle!

I’ve been buying school uniforms for my kids for 15+ years and had to use JML when we moved. It was the worst customer service experience, most expensive and lowest quality clothing I’ve ever seen. The place is disgustingly filthy and the show stock looked like a health hazard. The staff was unknowledgable and disinterested. If you’re in the uniform business, please hijack their contract. I’d pay double their already inflated prices to never have to step into that cesspit again. Nasty.

This place has terrible hours of operation, not the greatest customer service and NO RETURNS. Buyer beware! The uniforms are horrible cheap materials and shaped like a garbage bag. I bought a shirt for my daughter here because they only had 1 shirt in her size for her school (unreal! Especially because this is the only place that sells the uniforms) and the shirt is ill fitting and hideous. My daughter started crying when she looked at herself in the mirror! The prices are outrageous as well. Makes me sick that a school can force people to buy from 1 supplier that has terrible quality and bad prices. I'll be buying basic uniforms elsewhere without the school crest and if the school has something to say about it I'll be calling the board of education with complaints !

Quality is not the best and over priced. I swear old navy Polo is much more thicker and softer and way cheaper. But you can't take your own shirt it have to be bought from their store

This place is ridiculous. We have waited almost 3 weeks for 1 school shirt, and still don't have a time frame on when we are going to get it. Don't waste your money here.
