As a rule I don't like to give negative reviews, but the owner, manager or anyone who cares even a little bit about the reputation of this place may want to take this as constructive feedback. Customer service deserve a negative 5. Forget about saying hi, I can live without it, not only they can't see you in the eye, you get the attitude that you are disturbing the silence of the store. I asked for a break tool, after 10 minutes of following the guy around the store claiming there was one showing in the computer and no one knew where it was, nothing. Even if they have lower prices I rather pay for better customer service. Any other competitors give much better attitude.This was my first and last time here.

Overall A&A has very cheap prices. Quality of some of the cheaper parts are very poor. However you get what you pay for. Few of the parts guys could have a better or more positive attitude towards customers.

Fantastic service. I am very impressed. Their prices are second to none. I always call them first, then compare, and 9 times out of 10 their prices are better. They usually have the part in stock, or get it the same day. Thank you

Had to come to a&a for hubcentry rings didnt have but did have the option to pre-pay/order. I'm waiting for my other parts now from them and will update my review in 2 weeks. Thanks again guys.Update time.. the rings never made it in. When I called about them I was advised if I did not have the receipt number they couldn't look my file up, called back again and had a bit of a better experience. Was told if I go back down I'd be getting my 40 dollars returned. Doesnt help that it's a 20+ minute drive and the money would end up going back into my tank. They have a great selection but the lack customer service and ownership regarding my order is what eventually drove me away (without rings) they should've called me in a timely manner and explained that they were having problems getting them in yatta yatta.

Amazing prices period let alone by comparison. Some staff are friendly and willing to help track down parts for those unfamiliar with cars and others not so much. At the end of the day this is the place to go regardless. Recommended for sure.

Prices are good BUT...some workers there give different prices over the phone than in store ( higher in store). Also, one worker there starts with the highest price then 'suddenly' has a cheaper price when confronted. I don't really trust them.

Great prices with good stock. The guys at the desk know their stuff quite well. The car care products and parts prices are quite competitive and there is a auto mechanic in the back.

So not impressed called to make sure parts needed were here. Got served but person proceeds to eat his food, while looking for the wrong parts. Asks again what we wanted and goes in back to look. 10 mins later finally coooooold ti the front. We were quoted $100 on the phone and price was actually $200. Would NOT recommend this location ever

Same problem noticed at other stores. They do have fairly good prices on some parts, but there is often always a price variation between what is on the shelf and when it is scanned. It has always been like this at both locations. I brought it up to someone when I was wanting to buy a product, and he said it doesnt matter what the price on the shelf is, its more on the computer and thats what it will cost. I put the item back and left. There is something called the scanning code of practice, non of these stores seem to follow.
