I would highly recommend this Wine Kitz location to anyone interested in purchasing wine!Not only is every staff member incredibly friendly, but they are professionals who know their stuff!Working with Courtney has been a dream. Couldn't ask for better service!

Friendly staff, no BS, weren't afraid to tell you if they didn't know something! Products have all worked great so far! Will go back for sure!

I will never be going back to this place, I recieved some of the most rude service I have ever experienced, from the lady who ran the shop. Please save yourself the hassle and drive 3 minutes more down Glenmore to kelowna brew supplies, they give really good service and actually know what they are talking about.

Poor customer service. Would not recommend . I ordered a box of wine for home brewing and was told it would be in the following Thursday. I never got a call saying it arrived so I stopped by on Friday to pick it up. I was told it wasn’t ordered but they would order next week. I asked why and at first was told it was out of stock but last week, I was told it was in stock. Then she told me they maximize their order, so in other words.. they didn’t have a big enough order so they were waiting. I asked why they didn’t call and let me know and was told that she didn’t think I was in a rush.I checked around town and found the price I was charged was $15 higher than another wine kits, so I went back to cancel my order because of poor customer service and higher price.As I was waiting for the refund to go through, I mentioned that they were higher priced and was told that all Wine Kitz stores have the same price. At that point I informed her that another Wine Kitz had quoted $15 less, to which she informed me that store is going Under and that’s why they have sales.Contradicting comments, putting down another store with the same name, and sad customer service gets this store one star
