Repair gentleman was sent out to repair our reclining couch and love seat from the Brick. He was amazing! On time, courteous, focused on his work and extremely pleasant. We can't say enough about this company and the repair man.Thank you Belaty!!!

The service provided to me to repair the fridge is terrible. I will not use belaty or recommend the company to my friends for appliance repair.The belaty was chosen by my extended warranty to repair our home fridge. The gentleman who did the repair left the house without ensuring the parts he replaced were working. He told me he was on schedule and could not wait. He told us the computer would take a few hours to recognize the part. I had more problems with the fridge. I called them the next day they would not come and check the work they had done.Very disappointed with the service. And will not recommend the repair company

Bought new washer from brick last month having huge issues with the washer. Belaty send twice and saying nothing is wrong with the washer. We have showed them of the video what’s going on with the washer. They will just keep coming and not fixing the issue so they get paid by calls rather then replace the washer. Makes sense because if they replace the washer then they can’t make money doing service calls. I would never use them if we had an option but Samsung Canada uses them as sub contractors. Stay o way from this company.

We bought appliances from Trail Appliances Surrey and bought extra warranty. Trail appliances did a horrible job installing all our appliances. Thank god for the extra warranty. I called Belaty Appliance services and they sent in a gentleman named Ben. He was absolutely amazing. He saw all the appliances that Trail appliances had not installed correctly and Ben went in and fixed it.

Our washing machine broke while under warranty, and these guys were hired under contract to repair. Both visits (once to assess and once to repair) went well and it was a completely smooth process. The techs were all professional, friendly, and on time. I also appreciated that they all wore boot covers when in the house. The only point for improvement I can offer is when the guys were on site to repair, they had to ask us for towels and buckets - things I imagine they'd have on hand? In any case, it went smoothly regardless and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them outside of the warranty process.

Amazing company!!! Belaty was sent over by my oven warranty company. 2 lovely young men showed up on time and diagnosed the issue while explaining how everything works as well as some preventative maintenance tips. they came back the following week with parts and repaired the oven in a timely matter. they had blankets and gliders to ensure the floor didn’t get damaged, which was very courteous of them. overall great service and lovely technicians! would not hesitate to call them again for other appliances/furniture that is outside of warranty period.
