Rocco is an absolute magician with hair. Knows what he's doing and has an amazing sense of humour to boot. Will definitely be going back.

This place is the best !!!! I had a cut and colour and left feeling like a LA movie star. The cleanlisness, the professionlism, the decor is all top notch and much cheaper than Sherrway gardens and more convienly located on Dundas at Shaver with Loads of parking !

A great salon! The owner of the salon has created a welcoming atmosphere with a “family” feel. All customers are welcomed and treated with equal enthusiasm. Keilce is a fantastic stylist and an talent with colouring. I have trusted her expertise for over five years. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

I highly recommend Kielce for anything! I have been seeing her for years. She always does my hair perfectly! I get colouring/cut/blow dry done and its consistently amazing! She's got you for whatever your looking for!!

After 20 YEARS and following Rocco when he relocated to his own salon, I have to agree with a previous comment. All is well until you find fault, which I have never done but once in twenty years (and that was when I saw another stylist there as Rocco was busy). But of course I stayed.It is my opinion that he no longer cares about his long time clients. He doesn't seem to be aware of what he has been doing for us and our hair. He flat out lied when saying I agreed to something I would never have done - and refused to speak with me about it when I did finally complain - after being loyal for 20 years!! He had his receptionist relay the message. Twice! I tried to speak with him TWICE.THIS WAS THE ONE TIME I DID NOT REMIND HIM OF WHAT HE USUALLY DOES. SO SAD!Rocco is an excellent stylist. I cannot take that way from him. He just doesn't seem to care about the long-time customer. I feel very bad.Never did I complain about anything that I received (and there were a few bad moments over the years). I just paid. But this time it could not be overlooked. Not the blatant disregard for the truth and placing blame where it should not be; on a very long-time customer who never changes anything except occasionally the length of hair.Oh! Did I mention I was on my phone for work a lot that day and trusted him to remember what I have had done for decades! Yup! That was a big mistake.He loses two twenty year long customers. Myself and my daughter. We both thought so very highly of him.Wishing you the best Rocco!! I do think you mifht consider best business practices? Consider writing in a customer file (as you should anyway) and REFERRING TO IT!A twenty year long client is very melancholy about leaving you and you do not seem to care. Unfortunate!I now go to SOHO on the Queensway! EXCELLENT! Oh well ....

I went to see Kielce for balayage and she did an amazing job! I am so happy with the entire service she provided. My cut and blow dry was amazing. If you want the Victoria secret blow out go see this girl !!

Love this salon, everyone makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable.Rocco, the owner, listens to what you the customer wants. He has been doing my hair for over 3 years and knows what I want even if I don't.I get asked at least once a week who does your hair

On the website says Mens hair cut $22 & up. I have very short hair. And they want to charge $35 + tax without washing. Website lies about price. Nothing is really $22 but for sure is really UP.

Been going here for years and not once have I ever gone to someone else. I always see Rocco and he does a fantastic job every time on any hairstyle I ask for. I'd rather wait weeks than go to anyone else. Love this place!

Over the years I have never waited more than five minutes before my appt. Rocco is and has been my stylist for years and he knows ,my hair better than me i always get compliments on my colour and style always happy to refer him and staff He's the BEST and funny too.
