la Vie en Rose Bramalea City Centre

I went to the store last week and I wanted to return the item. The girl at the front said she doesnt has the access for returning items. Her manager will do that. Then she called the manager. She said her manager is at the back doing something with boxes and I need to wait for 30 min. Such a waste of time and experience I had.

The 3 women there last evening had zero interest in the 4 customers in the store. There is no sense in having such a lot of product and display if the staff are going to neglect/not even acknowledge or say hello to anyone ir offer assistance to people. The one staff was complaining about the bag process and was not even graceful about it. They stood around the cah register chatting away while customers including me left.I heard one customer ask a question and the one staff answered rudely what? To the customer...BCC is the worst for customers service. You can't make sales plans or expect to sell if you have staff that have no interest in their product or customer service. Basically looking up to say hello should not be so hard for anyone in retail. I've done it for 30 years! Also was accountible for when I didn't so why is this okay? People don't want to spend money where there is negative energy or neglect period. Especially. With the beautiful thunhs La Vie en Rose sells.The one by the cash seemed bothered when I went out of my way to say hi to her!

I went first time to their store all the employees working there are so rude and one of them was shouting on me without any reason,,,they dont have sense of behaving.Guys dont go,,,

It’s been a long while since I’ve shopped with the brand but this past holiday season, the selection was amazing. I especially LOVE the Chenille Fabric sets! I bought everything available in pink/ rose colour. It’s soft, breathable, light weight, comfy and beautiful. I especially love how it didn’t have any phrases or prints, just a simple cable-knit pattern. I am hoping for another repeat in more colours this holiday season *fingers crossed (lilac or lavender, red and sage green) AND please add a tank dress + 5” and 7” short options. This whole collection is a 10/10 - Bravo!

I received great customer service here.. The i reason why I didnt give this review a 5 star is because while I was at the register cashing out a sales accociate came up to me and said she has to close the store. So if it's going to take a long time then I can come back tomorrow. When literally already cashing out. I didnt like that at all.

I went to the store today and I was looking for spanks and I told her to find my size. She said I will go to the back and get it. Than when she showed it to me I told her I dont want to get it and she said u wasted my time. Bad customer service that's ur job to help u know. Who ever does customer service good than that's their job.

I got the wrong size and apparently you can't do any exchanges. Horrible customer service. Management is trash. Won't be coming back here.
