If I could give zero stars I would. They left old equipment in my front garden twice, cables strewn everywhere, no respect or care. Didn’t leave til 9pm last time, didn’t bring the right equipment. I was told they would come today, they didn’t give me a window... called in and was informed they would come between 1 and 5pm, they show up at 4:59. Pathetic service, we have had issues in the past with them. The only thing worse than xplornet satellite internet is their installers.

Will update as we become an actual customer-router hasn't been delivered yet-but I just want to say Vlad, the installer, is a very polite and knowledgeable person. The wiring he installed throughout the basement today is very neat and tidy. He was very efficient and clean in his process throughout our home in Ancaster. Signal strength in our area is great which is refreshing to hear since Bell barely provides strength for emails.

The only company worse than Globalvu is Xplornet.I would never do business with either one of them againReply....... Your technician removed the transmitter and left everything else. I had to go up on my roof to complete his job. Then he left his garbage all over my property.There is no excuse for that.

Peter and Roman were both very knowledgeable and professional. They were willing to work with me to find a solution to mount my StarLink dish and did a really clean job at it too. Great guys who explained what was going to happen every step of the way and listened to my input as well. We managed to find a location on my roof with full clearance. Excellent StarLink installation.

This company is the worst to deal with, do not believe what they tell you or sell to you, at the end of the day, all they want is your money and the installer is very unprofessional. If you want your house to be damaged or destroyed then you have found the right company to do the job.

I dont even know where to start but I am currently waiting for them to get back to me, it's been almost a month (again) since i moved addresses and someone was supposed to come install the wifi at my new address and blamed me for not specifying what services I needed. They were supposed to credit my most recent payment as I had no internet for the month of September but they still charged my credit card and now won't return my calls. When they do finally get back to me I will be getting my money back and going elsewhere for internet.

Do not buy their router! They con you into buying their VERY old router that did not connect to even my iPhone or my laptop (not compatible since it was so old). The installer already unboxed and plugged the router in and made it sound like it would be the same router Xplornet would offer. I later asked to return the router since it did not work with my devices. I was told to drive it to their office 2 hours away and that they would not refund me the full $80 since there was a $35 installation fee. I feel so ripped off!
