Food Smells like Wuhan Wet market!Too strong for me, not sure about others.They can have an option “Less Asian”I did not eat it (I tried though!)Planning on giving it to my children!

We often get Edo meals and enjoy them but tonight we were aware of a very bitter, bitter taste in the main dish, teriyaki chicken, and the spring rolls. Our grandson got the beef teriyaki and it was very good.Wondering why it was so bitter. Any suggestions?

sorry need to remove a couple of stars, do not order on the app for a preset time because they will leave it sitting out not warm until you pick it up for god knows how long they think is acceptable. just the quality and care that went into cooking this meal is less, seams greasier and sloppier than it should be.old review was 4 star : Being inside the same building as mcds and on 130th in general must suck. They do a really great job though. Picked up lunch here a few times now

My bf and I got food at this location.. normally really good. I got the sukiyaki been with the big noodles, no veggie no mushrooms , and some how every time there’s little bits of veggies.. do they not clean the grill enough?? I get it not being perfect but what if someone had an allergy.. plus my boyfriend got the chicken teriyaki bento box. Everything was good until he bit into it.. it smelt like mold and the chicken tasted like mold. I didn’t believe him so I tried it.. yup mold. Couldn’t see any but it tasted like what rotten food or old food smells like. Didn’t even taste like chicken. We got it after I was done work so 9:30-9:45 so when we got home they were obviously closed.. this was my favourite place to eat, always so quick, servers are pretty much always nice, and quick food. I’ve gotten the same thing every time since it was always amazing other then the odd piece of veggie, I don’t know what happened but that was disgusting. Cant even get our money back or simply replaced. I understand since they are closed nothing you can really do but mold, really??

Got bubble teas ( brown sugar and milk tea) & spring roll. I've had bubble teas but this was my 1st time getting it from Edo. They were both gross and my husband said that the spingroll tasted like plastic. Will not be buying these items there anymore.

I didnt eat here so will give it 3 stars as most Edo is really good but portions usually small and of course like everything in city overpriced.

@ 130 ave, Doesn't taste like the old EDO JAPAN that I'm used to. The signature teriyaki sauce is very different. Foods changed not for the better. I'm just sad.But, the staff is friendly and helpful. The place is very neat and clean.

The food is always served too cold. The rice in particular is barley reheated and the chicken somehow comes off way to cold from just coming off the grill. The cold temp has happened the last few visits and ruins the “chop chop bowl” experience. Staff is polite and the restaurant is clean, I believe the people cooking just can’t figure out how to let the food warm up enough.
