AWESOME ....Lydia is very professional and answers phone. I bought quartz countertop with backsplash. Simon, installer is a very friendly guy and understands what you want. He and his help took about 2-3 hours and did a clean job, they cleaned all the garbage after.I highly recommend stone direct...especially Simon as an installer.thank you

Unprofessional from the start, measured the job, came back to remeasure and take away old counter, so I'm a week without. When new counter arrives it is wrong so they take it back to factory and return next day, still doesn't fit! Meanwhile I'm losing work time at my freelance business. When finally installed there are gaps and 1/2 inch difference on either side of stove. Compensation was discussed but never happened.

I ordered counter top to my kitchen on one Friday with my sketch of old counter top. Sales person gave me the price and told the measurement guy will come to my place to get measurement on Monday and the price will be to his measurement. Also told me installer guys will install it on next Friday at 10AM. After measurement guys sketch reduced the price by two hundred dollars and following Friday everything installed as told. Only problem i had communicating with measurement guy because of zero English .I dealt with Ms Olivia. Good job and appreciate it very much.

Recently had a kitchen install done with Artis Kitchens and ordered the quartz countertops and matching backsplash and waterfall edge on the island and it turned out amazing. I saw the countertop in their showroom and fell in love instantly. Kerri helped us so much we dealt with her for our new kitchen as well. Highly recommend.Sherry & Tony

If I could give a zero I would give them a zero. I had the worst experience dealing with Cary at the location on Midland Ave. I would not deal with her again. I ordered 2 vanities based on the vanities I seen in their showroom and when I received the vanities they were different quality from the vanities seen in showroom which I based my order on. Also her initial measurement of the vanity changed after I ordered the vanities with the inside cabinets and drawers being smaller then my original order so either she made a mistake or provided me with a different lower quality vanity. I asked for the handles not be installed as I would install them myself and when I went to install them I found the screws were not the correct screws and were longer. When I called her to see if she can provde the screws she said she could not and I need to get my own screws even though they should have been included. I had to pay to get news screws even though I saved them time by not having them install the handles. Also, the vanities were to come with a filler peice as they were being installed against the wall and she only provided a filler for the top part and not the kick piece. When I asked for the bottom piece she said it does not come with a botttom piece and I would have to pay extra but then I found the bottom piece in one of the drawers so she was lying about it and just wanted me to to take the vanity without it or pay for the piece. The door on one of the vanites I ordered had a blemish on it which was not noticeable until after installation as it was a small bend in the bottom of the door which was dissapointing. When i picked up the vanities she made me sign a form that I am buying them in as is condition which should have set off a red flag but I did not notice this until after installation. I would not recommend dealing with Cary at this company. She seems to be dishonest and misleading and does not provide proper service. Terrible experience overall wih this representative and poor quality products.

We used the services of stone direct midland and lawrence location . We ordered to replace our kitchen countertops with new quartz stones. The process of installation and quality of work was good. But the sink size and it’s accessories are such that they don’t fit under the sink. We had to spend extra money to buy the right accessories . I know that they don’t know how much space is under the sink but could the measurement guy who took the measurement a week before not check this and make sure they deliver the right combination of sink and accessories. When contacted the lady “ Lydia” keeps saying that this sink come with the deal and puts the blame on the sink company. She doesn’t even offer to take up the issue with the company she is talking about . Bad customer service . Please be careful while dealing with them. She did not even say sorry.They charged $100 dollars for pick up of garbage but only picked up half of the stuff and left the rest.Below is the picture

Do not order kitchen from here!! They are dishonest and do not honour their own contract. No apologies at all, no attempt to fix their own mistakes. Our contract shows clearly that the stone backsplash was included. We got a call that they made a mistake in their calculations and asked us for extra money AFTER the contract was signed and deposit given. Do not trust their quoting or contract. We are extremely disappointed and they wasted our time.PLUS their drawings were wrong several times and aways need correction.

I ordered the quartz counter top for my kitchen island and the counter top for my powder room. The sales lady service and explanation was good. The workers who came to measure, to finish the production, and to install were on time . Overall the service and the products were satisfactory.
